we now know who was leaving bags of warm clothes for those in need arnd an eastern iowa city. multiple people told us ttey founun bags of clothes in parks around waterloo -- and after our story this morning, they mysterious tonight's report. it may not look like much... but this bag.... which was oncc attached to this rope.... could "i was coming downt the street." tayla vivian's noticed it attached to this utility pole.... "i got out and looked..." it had warm clothes inside and a note attached.... "i"isaid im not llst if you needd me. take me."
