gunshot wound. it happened more than a month ago on main street in downtown dubuque. court documents show the 2-year-old shot himself in the face with a 45- caliber handgun that was kept in the house. a new sentence is issued for an iowan who killed his three-year-old- cousin... edgar concepcion jr., from charles city, was found guilty of murdering krystel banes in 2009. he was 14 at the time --and was sentenced a year later to life in prison. however -- after an appeal -- he had to be re-sentenced. this week -- he was still given a life sentence -- but with the results of some new research are casting the public image of the university of iowa in a grim light... a heavy-drinking school where sexual assault is too common... that's the warning the university received from a pollster it hired. this is a report the university received over a year ago but has refused to release. a university employee shared it with a journalist. the pollster warned the
