"when it's weather-related or really iiy roads or high winds like this we typically don't issue citations unless it's something the driver did." "i couldn't see anything, i ouldn't breathe... i tried yelling for him. i could hear him stumbling around, but he wasn't calling out." unable to see or hear his neighbor.. rasmussen then ran out of the building and told police someone was still inside. firefighters then pulled his neighbor out. "there was just smoke everywhere..." both rasmussen and his arm was stitched up and he's back home now. i asked if he feeees like a hero for what he did... american red cross volunteers came to help out to help as well.... this was the 21st fire they responded to this yearr a crane lifts a semi out of a ditch in the days after it crashes and leaks 36 hundred gallons of de-icing fluid... crews tell us the wind wasn't a problem lifting it out. the cyrotech de- icing technology truck rolled monday afternoon on i-380 south of cedar rapids... a crane had to be brought in to lift the trailer out of the ditch. the truck leaked de-icing fluid and diesel fuel which flowed downstream into the coralville reservoir. a woman in ioww testing posititi for the zika virus -- the iowa department of public health announcing today. this is the first reported case of an iowan contracting the virus. we're told it's a woman between the ages of 61 and 80 - who recently traveled to central america. the health department also

hoping to ring back reeers after its infested with bed bed bug free -- with the help of a dog. kwwl's shirly descorbeth is live in dubuque with more details. shirley... well, after people heard about bed bugs here at the carnegie-stout public library y n dubuque -- it freaked them out. those in charge of the library tell me -- people are terrified to come here now so they're going above and beyond to make sure it doesn't happen again. this is cooper -- this four year old labrador retriever is hard at work at the carnegie- "what we're doing is having the dog go through and the dog can library every month for bed bugs after they were found here a few "we had an isolated incidence "and we wanted to learn more about bed bugs and we didn't the crime." but after word got out that these flat shaped, apple seed like bugs were discovered at the library
