and is offering a cash reward for their arrest and conviction. kwwl's shirley descorbeth is live from the telegraph herald newsroom in dubuque with details. shirley. i spoke with the man who owns that donald trump sign. to him...this is more than just about a political campaign. it's the fact these people stole from his property. a group of people up to no good... this is video from dubuque's street cameras showing five men stealing a donald trump political sign from a front yard. the owner of the sign, paul kern -- is out of town so we talked on the phone -- and he is very it were your televison or outside gas grill." this happened on saturday at one o'clock in the morning...by grandview and dodge street. the four by eight foot sign was not an offical campaign

thursday and friday with highs falling back into the 60s. tonight -- our coverage of the 2016 floods in eastern iowa continue, with a kwwl drone view over the cedar river in cedar falls this week. this weekend -- much different than the last, with conditions and water levels dropping. many in the area now trying to bounce back after sustaining damage in the torrential waters over the last week and a half. one of those places -- the cedar valley. an organized flood cleanup being held there this weekend. many homes in the north cedar community were covered by water last week. volunteers are needed and are asked to meet at north cedar

and sunday from 8 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. search for cedar valley 2016 flood on facebook for more information. four "waves" of cleanup will happen, saturday and the american red cross is opening three new community resource centers in three of the communities hardest hit by the flooding. the benton county emergency management facility will have cleanup kits tomorrow and sunday. in cedar falls -- fire station number two will have the same tuesday and wednesday. and in waverly -- a resource center will be open next thursday and friday. a shelter in cedar rapids will remain opne at the cedar hills community church. another shelter in the city is closing on sunday. visit our website at kwwl dot com for complete flooding resource information. the iowa national guard is releasing its soldiers and airmen from active duty as the water levels on the cedar river recede. as many as 430 members of the

we've got you covered live in the newsroom . . jessica hartman kwwl news. nearly four- thousand people go through the house each year. president obama issuing a disaster declaration for eight counties in iowa affected by storms last month. to be clear, this is not for the most recent flooding in eastern iowa -- but the storms in august. the counties included are allamakee, chickasaw, claytoon, fayette, fld coming after significant damage caused by the storms and flooding. continuing coverage -- now two people are facing charges in the death of an eastern iowa four- year-old -- inicluding the girl's mother. 32-year-old chad little now charged with first degree murder and child endangerment in the death of gracie buss his fiance --31- year-old kristi buss is charged with child endangerment resulting in death.

unconscious in their home last year. the autopsy showing gracie died of severe head trauma. buss is in the black hawk county jail on a 75- thousand-dollar bond. little -- who was already in custody -- being moved from the fort dodge correctional facility to the black hawk county jail today. tonight -- officials are promising a rigorous investigation into the cause of a deadly train crash. yesterday morning's train crash in new jersey killed one train's black box event recorder this device records information on speed and braking they're also looking in to video from cameras that were on the outside of the train investigators expect to be on the scene for a week to ten days -- "we are looking into every aspect of it. so, we like to say we look at the man, the mechanics to the human performance operations, as well as the occupant protection survival factors of this train.

new jersey transit service remains suspended indefinitely in and out of the terminal tonight. police in des moines say they've identified the body found in a van outside a hospital this week. officers responding to the broadlawns hospital thursday morning -- they say a in the hospital's parking lot. the woman's body was found in the trunk of the van --and appears to have been there for multiple days. police say an autopsy found no evidence of traumatic injury -- and toxicology tests are now being run as the investigation continues. coming up on kwwl... other parts of the country now dealing with similar flooding to the waters that here's a live look at the storm track 7 live doppler radar....storm

it's week the high school football season...welcome to another edition of firday night heroes. the playoffs begin four weeks from tonight--- and the district races are getting very interesting.... in class 1a district 2, sixth ranked denver visits sumner fredericksburg. joe surma joins us with the latest. the denver cyclones have rolled through their district schedule---winning their three games by an average of 43-2. sumner- fredericksburg enters the game 2 and 1 in district play. on a beautiful night in sumner, iowa the denver cyclones looked to continue their dominance. the cyclones started their second offensive series at the six, but their frontline started to provide some good blocks. bo mcmahon around the left side gains eight years and a first down for denver to continue
