first - clowns luring children. now - people around the country are dressing up as clowns. here's a look at one here found in waterloo. waterloo police say they've received six separate reports of clown sightings across town in the late-overnight hours -- including one at a mcdonalds. two more reports in cedar falls --one on the uni campus. a student posting on social media after finding a mask.
