train crash in hoboken, new jersey. investigators say it was going twice the legal speed when it hit the station. one person was killed, more than a hundred injured in the crash last week. people with the n-t-s-b say the train increased from eight miles per hour to 21-miles per hour just seconds before impact. the emergency brake was also not the engineer says he has no memory of
