woman that died in a car crash in cedar falls early saturday morning. according to police -- 38 year-old cynthia brooks of waterloo died in that crash. that deadly crashed happened in the westbound lanes of highway 57. scanner traffic gives us an one of the vehicles, the vehicle is smoking" police say there is scene video available from a near by intersection--but they can not give it to us until the investigation is complete. three people are in jail after a police chase in a stolen vehicle in jones county. guns were also found inside that
