"cooper is two." but cooper's mike is a cooper has a hard time riding this tricycle that his brother uses.... so non-profit organization ambucs gave him this adaptive trycicle and this helment free of charge... "either he can hand pedal it or foot pedal it...this nice handle allows us to steer it while we're pushing him along...it just works great to have everything on one compact trycicle."
