>> and -- you have so many projects coming up. another memoir coming out called "grace notes: my recollections" released next year. >> yes. >> how come wanted to tackle that? a memoir? >> i didn't really want to. i started to write essays for my children, because i have three kid, and i had lost my parents when i was young, and -- >> how old were you when your parents passed? >> i was -- i was 20 when my mom died. 25 when my dad died. so i have a lot of questions. so i wanted to write something for my children. it's kind of how it started. of course, i let my manager read it and she said, ah, this should be a book. >> of course. >> so before i knew it i got a book deal and then had to write it. >> i know. >> oh, my gosh! the hardest thing i've ever done. >> except when it comes out and you have to go on a book tour. >> you aren't even close to working hard yet. >> really? >> how much are you revealing in that, katey? is there a lot of really personal stuff? >> there's personal stuff, yes, but there's also protection of
