philadelphia with the latest information, jen, good morning. >> reporter: mother of that six year-old girl as well as mother's boyfriend have been charged and they are awaiting arraignment. right new their names have not been released. those charges include endangering welfare of the child, recklessly endanger another person and other narcotics related offenses. those first graders will be returning to the barry elementary school after a real scare for parents as well as teachers yesterday. twenty, first graders were put on the school bus and then taken to children's hospital after a six year-old classmate brought 11 packets of heroin to school. we know one of the packets was bitten. one student told police the girl who brought them to school had it in her mouth. luckily all of the children were examined and were cleared but parents who came to pick their kids were up shock, angry by what happened. >> all of the parents are concerned. the child is seven years old. >> it doesn't make sense to me.
