prisoners at guantanamo bay. the swap sparked controversy. several soldiers, who served with bergdahl, claim, the army sergeant deserted his post in afghanistan. officials say bergdahl could spend weeks, possibly, months, receiving treatment before returning home to idaho. erika, nicole, there is no timetable on how long bergdahl could be here, it could be a now days, it could be weeks, we just do not know yet. >> i know, omar, just curious, what do we know about plans to reunite bergdahl with his parents? we know that that is in the plans. we don't know when they will come in or when doctors are going to allow the family to actually see their son. but we are told that it is something that will happen here. once those details come out, we slutly will let you guys know. >> all right, omar villafranca, thank you. >> in our area, violent robbery at gun store in a shooting range leaves a man fighting for his life. bernstein, joins us now, at the scene, in the bustleton section of northeast philly with the latest information, jen, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, police tell us around 8:30 last night two, men were coming out of the delaware valley sports center here in bustleton, they came into the parking lot after just doing some recreational shooting at the firing range, inside, when they came face-to-face with a very dangerous pair. we do have a 67 year old, now fighting for his life this morning, after he was shot once, police say say, in the groin by this pair. they had announce add robbery, and then that's when the shooting happened. now, police say, both of the victims complied, gave up their wallets, cell phones, money, even their guns, but police say the suspects turned violent for some reason, after the robbery, the man fired one shot, striking the 67 year old victim, and he's presently in critical condition. now, the suspect's male and female, then fled the scene in dark colored vehicle with dark tinted windows.

>> now these two perpetrators, male and female, initially both armed with guns, stole an additional seven guns. so this is an extremely violent pair right now. they have nine guns in their possession. >> it was just on wednesday, police say, there was similar robbery at the gun range, located on the 500 block of north percy street in philadelphia. police did not provide details on that. but, say, it could be related. again there is pair is considered heavily armed, and extremely dangerous, and if anyone has any information about this, they're asked to call police. they're checking surveillance cameras in the area, include being one's located on this build to go see if it can give them any clues it help in their investigation. that's the latest from bustleton, jen bernstein, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". jen, thank you. we are continuing to keep our eye on the latest developments of possible septa strike. septa, and two unions, will meet with federal mediator this morning, in a last ditch effort to avoid a strike on the regional rails.

unions representing electrical workers, and engineers, have been working without a contract for four years. leaders say, their rang and file will walk off the job tomorrow morning, at 12:01, unless septa agrees to retroactive wage hikes, and a deal on pension benefits. now, if they do go on strike, septa's buses, subways, trolleys, will not be affected. 5:33, time for traffic and weather together. and, a little relief in site tomorrow. right, katy? >> yes, tomorrow, nicole. you know what, today may even be little sunshine around the noon hour, perhaps into the early afternoon, but don't be fooled into thinking it is over, the stormy pattern is over, because we have another rounds late this afternoon to get through, as well. we take a look what's happening outside. you can see, you know what, heading toward the longest days of the year, already bright outside, unfortunately still can't see the tops buildings in center city philadelphia, the fog locked in, will be with us through much of the morning. some low visibilities out there, with the pass few dense fog. please play it safe. storm scan3, showing pretty heavy rain moving through portions of our area, thanks

to warmfront this morning, as we zoom in, see showers, storms, developing, even inbetween these two batches of showers. one off the coast, another one, moving through the lehigh valley right now, but notice, seeing little bit of connection being made in the middle, heavy shower moving into south philly at the moment, even into center city, up into portions of montgomery county, norristown seeing some steady showers at the moment right now, and again, up toward allentown, so it will be a slow morning, everything a little wet out there, seeing some urban and small stream flood advisories, lancaster county, eastern berks county, upper montgomery, northern chester counties in that flood advisory, basically it means if your commute takes you along any stream or creek, could you see some flooding out there, any low-lying areas that are prone to flooding, probably, will see some ponding at least this morning, visibilities, very low, and our southern suburbs, down to thirds after mile in dover, half mile in atlantic city, and you can see through the rest of the morning, these showers will eventually push out by about 7:00, 8:00. there is the clearing here, by mid afternoon, notice, another round every gusty storms, late this evening, so commute may

be affected on both ends again today. now we check in with bob kill. morning, bob. >> morning, 5:35, certainly on this end, the commute is impacted by the weather, already had couple of myfoxphilly.com. going outside, live look at route 202, where they just opened up the southbound lanes of route 401-6789 we had one-car spin out with some injuries. just let let that be an example, roads are wet, even if you are not net heavy downpours, roads can be slippery. that's due to the spin out. but at least open on 202. to the blue route, tractor-trailers coming out of mid-county. see the spray kicking up off the back of these guys. looks like convoy there. but, again, expect slower than normal speeds, extra time needed this morning, to get where you are going. southbound on the northeast extension, an accident approaching the lehigh valley interchange. also, a crash at huntington pike and byberry road. just above trenton here. ninety-five at route 206, they're working on a crash. and today will be hot one, with this 495 closure. folks will be flooding to the
