and so far there are no reports of any injuries at this time. also, breaking an early morning fire in valley forge, forced 150 guests to evacuate. it happened just after 2:00 a.m. at the radisson hotel, at the valley forge casino. it started on the fifth floor and it was contained to just one room. the hotel's sprinkler system was able to put that fire out. >> originally built, it was not, sprinkler now really probably saved some lives tonight. >> the fire originated in the room's h vac unit. eventually, the guest breast allowed to return to their rooms. >> and, updating our braking news from northeast philadelphia's lawncrest neighborhood. a man is hospitalized, after he catches a stray bullet in the thigh. the 20 year old victim told police, he had just left work at rendezvous restaurant sports bar on rising sun avenue when he was shot. police are viewing surveillance cameras in that area, to see if they captured

the shooter. well, it is all now to up mayor nutter to sign or veto a bill that would relax the rules on marijuana possession. sterday, philadelphia's city council voted in favor of the bill, 13 to three. if it became law, people caught with less than an ounce would be issued a citation and fined $25. but, not arrested. councilman jim kenny authored that new legislation, and if sign by mayor nutter, the bill would take effect sometime in the fall. a delaware county church slated to be closed by the philadelphia archdioces is fight to go stay open. parishioners at notre dame held prayer vigil in swarthmore, asking archbishop charles chaput to keep the church open, rather than merge with our lady every peace church. say notre dame de layered is thriving. >> mass is usually packed. no one on any given sunday. >> we are not financially in debt. they are. it is just something just

avenue. now, the fire broke out about 4:00 this morning, and went to two alarms. so far, there are no reports of injuries, and investigators will be searching for a cause. of course, we'll bring you updates on this breaking news as we learn more. another developing story, overnight, to tell you about, this fire, forced about 150 guests from the radisson hotel at the valley forge casino. the fire started on the fifth floor in the hdac unit. the sprinkler system was able to put out the fire before the fire department even arrived. guests were eventually allowed to return to their rooms. and, in trenton this morning, three alarm fire destroys two homes leaving seven people homeless. the fire was reported just before midnight on the unit block of colonial avenue. the red cross is assisting four adults and three children. breaking news right now, also, from colorado, police have the famous red rocks amphitheatre on lock-down, after triple shooting at rap concert. the three people were shot outside the amphitheatre and they did manage to drive
