avenue. now, the fire broke out about 4:00 this morning, and went to two alarms. so far, there are no reports of injuries, and investigators will be searching for a cause. of course, we'll bring you updates on this breaking news as we learn more. another developing story, overnight, to tell you about, this fire, forced about 150 guests from the radisson hotel at the valley forge casino. the fire started on the fifth floor in the hdac unit. the sprinkler system was able to put out the fire before the fire department even arrived. guests were eventually allowed to return to their rooms. and, in trenton this morning, three alarm fire destroys two homes leaving seven people homeless. the fire was reported just before midnight on the unit block of colonial avenue. the red cross is assisting four adults and three children. breaking news right now, also, from colorado, police have the famous red rocks amphitheatre on lock-down, after triple shooting at rap concert. the three people were shot outside the amphitheatre and they did manage to drive suv from the venue to downtown

denver. that is where police found them, and got them to a hospital. no one has been allowed in or out of that concert area, however, police are issuing a very little information at this time, as we get more, though, we'll bring it to you. >> again, more breaking news here, shots fired outside a restaurant in northeast philadelphia. lands an innocent man in the hospital. police tell "eyewitness news", that 20 year old employee of the rendezvous restaurant sports bar in lawncrest standing outside when he heard gunshots, struck in the thigh, now in stable condition. police do not believe he was the intended target. it is 6:01, checking traffic and weather together, going to be nice day? >> really is, even the second you walk out the door notice the difference out there, if maybe you left the air conditioner on last night, you open the windows this morning, you really can feel how much more comfortable it is outside. we will continue to see these temperatures rebounds nicely mid 80s today. going outside, show you the view, real nice one, sun now popping up over the horizon,

problem in south philly. going upstairs, chopper three hd, live over this water main break, right in the heart of south philly. we're looking live along oregon avenue, between second and third, where water is still gushing out of the grounds here, to kind of give you an idea, oregon between second and third, the pretzel factory at third street, then the oregon diner is at second street. so, as we go to the maps right now, alternate through south philly, you want to use either fifth street, shunk, or porter, until they can handle on this, jen bernstein standing by live with more details and we go to her in south fill any just a second, fire location, over here, in camden, ferry avenue is blocked, this morning, atlantic over to jackson street. otherwise, off to pretty good start, blue route, schuylkill, i-95, not bad at all. but through the weekend, a lot of events and one of them will bring us big closure, the manayunk arts festival there is weekend, will have main street closed and also all of the septa buses will be on a

detour, nicole, erika, back to you. >> bob, thanks. just into cbs-3, major water break-in south philadelphia. >> this is happening right now at second and oregon. and that's where "eyewitness news" reporter jen bernstein, just got on the scene, jen, what can you tell us? >> good morning, yes. the water department actually just arrived here, and i'll move out of the way because water is still slowing here, at second and oregon. you can see the water here on the streets, on the sidewalk, a lot of people here on second street are trying to move their cars because of the amount of water that's now on the street. fire and police have been here for probably about the last half hour, trying to help residents move cars, and figure out where some of the -- if there is any damage at this point, in trying to get this under control. we're toll one of the homes, the home that's here on the corner, with the brick, that there may be water going into that right now. they have tried to knock on the door. they can't get in touch with anyone. the pretzel factory over here is also taking in water.

they do have pump system taking care of that. now, we were just speaking with the bathe alien chief on the scene, again, he was saying that the water department just showed up and hopefully they can get this under control. but as of right now, only two structures taking in a little bit of water. although the street is pretty flooded. people are desperately trying to move their cars, because this water is pretty hi, on second street, probably about a foot or two deep at this point. so we continue to keep you updated, as for right now, traffic here on oregon street, only, one way, on this area blocked. but you are able to get around, and they are helping do detouring us a of right now. so continue to keep you updated. that's the latest from south philly, jen bernstein, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> jen, thank you. and here is a look at things happening today. there is a preliminary hearing for the man accused of robbing a neighbor's home in the mantua neighborhood of philadelphia. the 22 year old suspect is the son of convicted abortion doctor, kerr met gosnell.

we want to update you right now on breaking news we've been telling but in south philly. an imagine or water main break. "eyewitness news" reporter jen bernstein, live at second and oregon, with the very latest. jen? >> good morning. well, the water department arrived just about ten, 15 minutes ago. and they're trying to contain this water main break, which is happening here, second and third, on oregon, between second and third, and the water still flowing. we know the water department trying to cap it at this point, searching for the valve

that can turnoff the water. we do have several businesses, and homes affected by this, but i am looking, under this truck, right now, which you will have trouble seeing the water still bubble by light pole. chopper video right now, gives you aerial view of those affected. we have the 200 block of oregon avenue, the 2600 block of st. christopher, and the 2600 block of south third street. and we did talk with the chief briefly, who gave us little bit of update about those affected. here's what he had to say the battalion chief. >> right now, neighbors are moving the cars, nothing is actually damaged. some got wet a little bit. but they're not flooded at this point. they're getting them out of there. got one place with water, they got a pump that's working. we got one undetermined, we can't get an occupancy in there. we are working on trying to get ahold of them. >> and, actually, the structure that was taking on water is the pretzel factory, joining me real quick here, john, you are the manager of the pretzel factory.

tell us, you guys have pump there, right now? >> yes, thank god we have a pump going down into the cellar. and it is taking up most of the water. so there is really not too much damage down there. the only damage is really we will be shutdown for little while. >> we're not going to be able to open right now. we have to go to the mother store down the street and do all of our deliveries, stuff like that. >> how did you find out about the break? >> i came in 4:30 this morning, everybody was just all over the place, nobody here really. there was a water company truck, that was across the street, and he saw the problem, and he called it in. and this is the outcome right now. >> so you already had water in your, is it, the basement or actually first floor? >> no, the basement. >> at 4:30 this morning? >> yes. >> wow, a lot of damage? is it going to be okay? >> it will be all right. like i said we have a pump thank god. everything will be fine. i feel bad for the homes around the neighborhood. they're in bad shape. >> we even have this water flowing up to us right now. they are trying to pump it out of this home.
