jen? >> reporter: good morning, police sources do tell us they've made arrest overnight, a 28 year old man, was charged with rape as every right now. >> police are not yet releasing the suspect's name. >> the police brought in four men. police sources tell us they've released three of the men, since charged a fourth. but they pick him up at christian where he works. they also confiscated the man's bike. last few days, investigators working around the clock to figure out who physically and sexually assault add 26 year old woman, inside her center city apartment, saturday morning. now, it happened on the 1900 block of spruce street. police say man locked his bike on the block, then approached the victim who was a local doctor. the victim told police, she was threatened, and forced into her apartment, where she was repeatedly raped. the suspect took her cell phone and keys. police sources tell us, they do plan to release the

suspect's name once commissioner ramsey has been notified of the arrest, later this morning. that's the latest outside of special victims unit, jen bernstein, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". thank you, jen. now, new this morning, 18 year old is gunned down in north philly. now police hope surveillance will read to arrest. victim shot six times in the 400 block every glenwood avenue. police found him on or the any street, and right by him, was a high powered assault rifle. the teen we're told is in critical condition. and, a search on for killer at this early hour, after a 29 year old man is shot during a robbery in west philly. chopper three was over the scene last night, at south ford and market streets. police tell us the man shot twice died at the hospital. let's get your traffic and weather together. we start with katie, good morning. >> good morning, everybody, nice clear skies generally speaking to get you out the door this morning, certainly mild. not terribly muggy just yet. that's going to change,

the play store. that sounds like fun. good morning, live, curbside, with our news van here, downtown philadelphia. where on the over night, steam pipe burst here, right underneath one of the tunnels here, for the pennsylvania convention center. this is the 13th street tube here. between race and arch. and that will be closed to vehicle traffic here this morning, as crouds have to come out and make repairs to the road surface. so, let's go to the maps. with 13th being closed, as you come to or through center city, between arch and race, you need to use 11th or broad street, to work your way through center city. the burlington bristol bridge, in the middle of an opening right now, in the background, so, all traffic stopped on both sides, this is the third opening this morning, on our area bridges. let's hopefully all of the ship activity gets taken care of and we're done with it for the rest of the morning, crackdown here in delaware, airport road, right at route 273. there is some overnight work,

is expected to save $50 million a year. president obama wants to make the working world a little bit more family-friendly. he spoke at a white house summit for working families, he says united states is the only industrialized country in the world. and which companies aren't required to offer paid maternity leave. the president directed federal agencies to offer more flexible work arrangements for moms, but he's yet to back legislation that won't force paid family leave. and, just in time for summer, how does a cold starbucks soda sounds? starting today, the coffee giant will be rolling out a designer soft drink, the hand crafted sewed's come in three flavors, spice, root beer, golden ginger ale, lemon all. will brew up carbonated soft drinks. cost bit more than coffee. a tall will sell for about 2.45. ukee, erika, some trivia about me. i've never had soda.

>> following breaking news from south florida, ten people have been shot overnight in miami. our a phillie at in miami says one person is dead, and another is in critical condition. no word yet about the rest of the victims or if police have made any arrests. we will stay on top of this story and bring you details as we get them. once again, ten people shot overnight in miami. ukee? >> seattle woman says she thinks someone used a drone to spy on her in her apartment. lisa was looking out heroin dough, one morning, when she saw a drone. she grabbed her camera and took that picture. she said it took off quickly, and the two men operating the drone grabbed their equipment and drove off quickly. >> it was freak i. i mean, you don't expect to be walking around inure apartment, and have this thing out there recording you. >> seattle police emphasize owning and flying drones is legal. how much, lawyers said there could be issues with drones recording people in private

is the actual cold front that will be dragged through our area, come tomorrow, so, eventually some showers, heavy thunderstorms do start to pick up for us, really for the most part not until tomorrow afternoon. we start off with creeping up of the humidity levels. back to the mid 80s, sunshine to go along with it, good pool weather for sure, great beach day for that matter. starting wolf little bit of sun tomorrow. those clouds come in quickly, eventually here comes the front, not necessarily any severe threat, but we will absolutely keep an eye on that, certainly seen things change at the last second before. we keep an eye on it, right now not terribly concerned, more than anything, might ends up a flashflood issue lynn ers into thursday morning. so the morning drive thursday could be affected by friday should clear out. high pressure builds in from the north. we should end up with decent day to wrap up the work week. meanwhile today not bad day. but definitely going to be noticeably more steamy out there. with time, really starts to ram up specially tonight. mostly cloudy, warm, muggy, love that word, to describe a forecast like there is
