with the rittenhouse square rape and robbery. >> "eyewitness news" reporter jen bernstein joins us with what we just learn. jen? >> good morning, police sources do tell us, they did make arrest overnight. a 28 year old man, has been charged with rape, as of right now, though, police are not yet releasing the suspect's name. detective say they have arrested the man depict in the this composite. after 26 year old woman was physically and sexually assaulted inside her center city apartment this weekend n newly-released surveillance video, man can be seen parking and locking his bike on the 1900 block of spruce street, before approaching the victim a local doctor. the suspect puts his hands around the woman's waist. investigators say, she was then threaten, forced into her apartment, where she was repeatedly raped. the suspect then made off with her keys and cell phone. yesterday, police questioned four men in the case, all live in a house, on eighth and moore streets. police sources say they've

released three of the men, but have since charged the fourth who they picked up at broad and christian where the suspect works. detectives also confiscated the man's bike. >> police sources also told us they believe the suspect's name will be released, once commissioner ramsey is notified of the arrest later this morning. the latest outside of special victims unit. jen bernstein, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". jen, thank you. meanwhile, a 18 year old is fighting for his life after shot six times on glenwood avenue in north philadelphia. he collapsed on or the any street. near him, police say, they made disturbing discovery. they found a high powered assault rifle. they're interviewing witnesses and looking at surveillance video at this hour but the shooter remains at large. >> no criminal charges against a store own here fought back after man was trying to reb her. frankford avenue in philadelphia's mayfair section early last night,ly say the man pulled a knife on the 46 year old woman at stand's

west oaklane neighborhood. shattered glass, and shell casings, littered the corner of 19th and plymouth streets late yesterday afternoon. police say it involved an officer and at least one suspect in a sv. some residents wonder what provoked the shooting. >> as always, gun shooting, gun shooting, every time you turn around, people getting shot in west oaklane. >> after the shooting we're told the vehicle was located around the corner at 18th street and cheltenham avenue. no officers injured. suspect is in stable condition. >> mercer county yesterday afternoon, that's right around twin rivers, and farrington drive. pregnant women expose today a lot of pesticides, may be putting their babies at risk for autism and other developmental delays. now, according to new research done at the university of california, at davis. women, who lived within a mile of where pesticides are used, had a 60% higher risk of having children with a form of autism, or other development disorder. critics, however, say there is still no direct cause and effect. talk about being in the right place at the right time. a houston woman, out for morning run, found a missing baby. hundred win said she heard crying while running then notice add carseat in the fields. inside was a eight month old baby girl. police say the baby was sleeping in the back seat of her mom's car when it was stole friend a gas station. win said she doesn't normally run in that area, but her decision to change her route likely saved the little girl's life. >> god washing watching over this child, even though witness who found the child said for some reason she decided to turn left as she
