"eyewitness news" reporter jane carabao live at police headquarters with more now, jane. >> reporter: chris, it has been days since this 16 year-old student, and innocent bystander was shot and killed in north philadelphia, a bullet that police say was shot more than a block away up to a block and a half away and hit this rick tim in the head. tonight police and this boys family are pleading with the public for help to track down this killer. described as the best brother ever, jameer haines worth memorial continues to grow. his older brother, sending down a handwritten message right besides where his younger brother place aid basketball game net. one of the games, they love to play together. >> anywhere he went, people loved him, so hurtful, parents, got to face this now. >> reporter: hainesworth just 16 years old and a rising junior at mastery charter school was full of promise.

knows something, saw who this killer is, and they want to hear from u.s. specially if there were hundreds of people in the the area at the time of the shooting. so if you have any information call police. reporting live, jane carabao, for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> a teenager has been upgraded to stable condition after being shot, six times, police responded to the 33 hub block of north philadelphia, and there they found the 18 year-old on the ground, and a ak-47 assault rifle next to his body. that victim was rush to temple hospital just after midnight. police are reviewing surveillance cameras in hopes of identifying the suspect or suspects. a child trapped in the back seat of this jeep liberty after the suv collided with a truck. chopper three over green lane and mill creek road in levittown just after 9:00 this morning. that child was rush to the hospital along with the 20 year-old female driver. they remain in the hospital tonight. the truck driver, a 27 year-old male was treated and released.

that investigation continues to determine if charges are warranted. dietz and watson will not rebuild in south jersey, the meats and cheese supplier is moving its warehouse to philadelphia, months after a fire destroyed their facility. "eyewitness news" reporter, new jersey reporter, cleve bryan, is live in delanco with those details now, cleve. >> reporter: chris, very disappointing news for delanco township and burlington county. beyond me pile of the debris a reminder of that dietz and watson plant that will now move to philadelphia. new jersey offered 32 million-dollar in incentives but philadelphia, monk their package had precious land that allowed dietz and watson to expand at their home base. it has been almost ten months since fire destroyed dietz and watson warehouse in delanco, clean up took months and all along dietz and what the on son kept their options open about whether they will rebuild on the same site. tuesday it was in the south jersey but philadelphia receiving good news on where the company will replace the the distribution facility.

>> we are started here. they will stay here. they will grow here by bringing their distribution facility back to philadelphia, attaching it to the production facility, already in philadelphia. >> reporter: 150 jobs the company moved temporarily to philadelphia after the the fire, will stay there. >> we're terribly disappointed and devastated by decision they made by not coming to delanco. it will impact us drastically. delanco is a small community. we depended on a lot on the taxes. >> reporter: according to township records dietz and watson paid a quarter million-dollar in local taxes. that is significant in the town where total tax revenue each year are about three and a half million. locals like gene orham suffered through days of thick smoke and weeks of smells from rotten meats as a result of the fire. she feels bad for local employees. >> i don't know, a lot of them lived close by, rode their bikes and stuff. it will be hard now.

well, star bucks is raising prices on some have of its drinks to day, customers started paying five to ten sent more for coffee. customers can expect to pay a dollar more for packaged coffee, the company sells, that is beginning next month, the last price hike was back in june. star bucks didn't give a reason for this latest price increase.

checking in at 7 degrees. here's how it feels as far as humidity is concern. comfortable, through most of south jersey, not too bad through philadelphia, the northern part of the cumberland county and northern part of the cape may county. little bit humid, towards wildwood, millville, through wilmington and our suburbs. sticky, from wilmington south and oppressive down through dover. this is what will be happening all that humidity to the south will be spreading northward tomorrow, making it feel oppressive, every where. where you combine that temperature and that high humidity. humidity levels alone will be oppressive. here's why, high pressure goes off the coast, a strong southeasterly wind blows in, bringing in that moist, humid southern air and this cold front will approach from the west, squeezing it towards the east, some showers and thunderstorms will develop in the afternoon, some with heavy downpours and this front will be slow to go. morning storms possible on thursday before we clear it out, in the afternoon, by friday, beautiful day toned

above average temperatures. now, why? one of the biggest reasons was the ocean water, it is well above average throughout the entire globe. that helps maintain above average temperatures. when you combine the the ocean and land temperatures we will get 59.9 degrees, over a degree above average for the 20th century, pretty impressive. this is 351st conn techtive month where we have had global temperatures. here in the u.s. it was 302nd, warmest may ever, on record here in philadelphia we had a warm air, highest temperature was 88 degrees. we had 65 degrees, ape here in june, same deal, we are above average. i'm justin drabick in the cbs-3 studio. >> on the cbs-3 healthwatch tonight, warning about serial and children. >> three on your side healthwatch stephanie stahl has a new report that shows many cereals too much of a good thing. >> it is a breakfast favorite

for many children. it is easy, convenient in the morning. >> i choose one that are whole gains, ones that have vitamin, minerals. >> reporter: new report from the environmental working group says that nearly half of the kids underage eight, consume potentially harmful amounts of certain vitamins and minerals from products like over fortified cereals. >> it will affect the bones, it will affect hair, skin. >> reporter: she is the co author of the new report and analyzed more than 1500 cereals and found 114 fortified, with 30 percent or more of the adult daily value of vitamin a, zinc and niece son. >> children are given too much. all the time, nutrients, have been there. >> reporter: researchers found that one serving of general mills total raisin brawn over exposes children to niece son and zinc and 22 other cereals

taken off of the streets. the man whom police say sexually assaulted a woman in her rittenhouse square home is now behind bars tonight and we are learning how they track him down good evening, i'm chris may. i'm jessica dean. that attack took place in the 1900 block of spruce street from rittenhouse square. suspect was pick up at his work place a restaurant at broad and catherine in south philadelphia. "eyewitness news" reporter steve paterson joins us live from rittenhouse square with the latest, steve. >> reporter: police say one of the biggest pieces of the investigation is this, after the assault, police say the the suspect garcia stole the victim's cell phone. it is a phone they used to trace where garcia was believed to be living. they used detective point to pinpoint where the home was. it is a place we visited today and spoke to the woman who answered the door. what she said may or may not surprise you. we will let you be the judge. >> they moved fast. >> we have this
