we have some breaking news. police are on the scene of the reported double stabbing in the 5900 block of north fourth street. >> this is just coming in and "eyewitness news". here's what we know at this time. man in his 60's and woman in their 07's, we're told they were stabbed in the head chest and arms. both were being rushed to the hospital. we will get you more information as soon as it comes into us. our other top story storm scan three showing summer storms heading our way later today. >> lets check with katie and bob. katie, don't be fooled because it is nice right now. >> when you walk outside the door it will feel pretty sticky as well. this will be a day that just build up atmosphere with lots of moisture and ushering in some showers and heavy thunderstorms. we are already seeing signs of life on the radar. we can start off quickly taking you out to the camera view. things are getting cloudy out there maybe we will go there maybe we won't. but we are starting off dry for new and eventually the storms will move in, bob, over to you.

5:31. we are off to a dry start this morning but you said rain on the way later today. lets go outside and look live at ben franklin bridge. the truck there white truck heading in towards new jersey. no problems on the bridges. we have got word of an accident on i295, i'll get the scoop and have all of the details when we come right back. ukee and erika, good morning. >> thanks, bob. now new this morning two camden police officers are hurt after a overnight house fire. that fire broke out just after 11:00 last night on the 600 block of cain avenue. blaze was quickly placed under control. we are told officers were taken to cooper university hospital after suffering smoke inhalation. another person is inside the house and was hurt. the the cause of the fire is still being looked into. a philadelphia police officer is suspended this morning. officer tameika gross is accused of encouraging her teenage children to fight other teens in her neighborhood n1 case gross even punched a girl in the face, twice. gross is suspended for 30 days and the the police

commissioner plans to fire her. and upper darby bus driver facing child endangerment charges is expected in court this morning. police say the bus driver, forced more than a dozen elementary school students to get off the bus even though he was not at their bus stops. he told police that he was running late and could not find some of the stops. five there 33. lets get back to katie with traffic abe weather together. >> good morning, everybody. we made it to everybody. he we mark the arrival of the next cold front this cold front will pack a punch of pretty significant moisture. not necessarily a severe weather event for us, which is good. this has been a system responsible already for quite a bit of heavy, damaging storms well off to the west but here's storm scan three. we can start there. nothing to speak of on the radar just yet but if you look really closely and watching news hd off to the north, and west here, let's zoom it out for everybody here you can see activity starting to pop here. if you look closely too a few

contact well, pennsylvania actually leads the nation in the number of structurally deficient bridges right behind me, one example of that. this is the graterford bridge road bridge that goes over the perkiomen creek. it closed recently because of structural detear racial, 3,000 drivers use it every day. one example, it is just one example of the structurally deficient bridges in the south east pennsylvania region this morning civil engineers released a report card. they did 16 grades. after a year long assessment. they did already post. the grades aren't great. we have a d mine news roads, d plus in bridges, c mine news school infrastructure. we did get two, b's, one in parks and recreation and one in rail. the report done by american society of engineers shows the state has a large challenge ahead to improve and update infrastructure. today there will be a press conference to talk about the findings and give suggestions on what can be done to
