long life. i'm stephanie stahl, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> all right, they still got it. 8:48. let's check this with carol for the forecast. >> yes, just love their spirit, and just the way they just keep going and keep learning. we are looking at ocean city right now, look at all of the people on the board walk, racing around, just fabulous day, what a great weekend this has been. yes, friday was not great weather wise, but it was the fourth of july, anyway, and it was, you know, means so much to this fabulous country of ours. so we'll let the weather slide lit bit on this fourth of july. made up for t beach patrol in margate, look at that, nobody to patrol right now, we have couple of people just sacked out in some lawn chairs, that's it, the ocean coming in right on schedule, low risk of rip current today. but as we always say, it is a higher risk always near jetties or past, be very careful in the waterment look a g at storm scan3, no problems, couple of high clouds, that's it, keeping quiet day today. no precipitation is expected

for us today. these temperatures are coming up, though. 73 degrees in wildwood now. we have 68 in millville, 69 degrees through philadelphia at the airport, 65 in allentown, 61 in the poconos, this is perfect time in the morning to get outside, do whatever you want to do, it is the coolest time of the day right now. we will be finding temperatures climbing into the upper 80s. yesterday it was 83. so, why don't we add about 5 degrees to that. add couple of degrees maybe in the humidity department, as well, today, but still very acceptable and very comfortable with this high pressure system where it is right now. but it, doesn't stay therefore ever. they never do. they move off. then when they do, then the air comes up from different direction little bit. and this is going to be coming up from a more southerly direction. that will start to increase the temperatures, and the humidity, and then sandwich us in really next to that cold front. so that cold front has varying timing, depending on the computer model you look at, and if it comes through earlier we get rid of the weather problems sooner, if it hangs around off to the west

comfortable today for the most part. 08 degrees at the shore. eighty-five in the poconos. warm, temperatures obviously, so keep cool. you will probably be turning those air conditioners back on again. fans, with the windows open, so, stay cool, keep those pets as cool as you are too. and then the sunny skies, today, give way to clear skies tonight. 68 degrees. still very, very nice out there. next couple of days, though, looks moran feels more like summertime. ninety-two on monday, 93 on tuesday, wednesday, 90 degrees, and several days at least of at least a chance after shower or under this earl storm, tuesday, wednesday, thursday. looks like by next weekend, we're dry again, and sunny. you know, you can stay on top of the forecast by download g the new cbs philly weather app. just click, check your live radar, get severe weather alerts, and you can send us any of the weather pictures that you take. it is available now, in the app store. nicole? >> carol, thank you, 85:00; let's check on the roads with ann. >> good morning, nicole.
