"eyewitness news" reporter syma chowdhry live on the scene with all of the breaking details, syma, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, nicole and ukee, police still on the scene here, investigating a triple shooting, it happened a little before 1:00 this morning. now, we know one man has been fatally shot inside of a home on the 900 block of windsor road. when police arrived, they found that man, and two others injured. now, both were taken to the hospital. one man was shot in the head and another victim is shot in the back. now, police say, one of the victims managed to run to a neighbor's house, and where they called 911. all three of the victims are in their mid 20's, to early 30's, now, neighbors say, this

is usually a quiet street, but they do tell police the home has been a bit of a problem area. now, nobody heard gunshots this morning, which is a little shocking for police. >> it was very quiet, no reports every anything, in fact, our first idea that anything was wrong is when one of the victims went to a neighbor's house. at this point there were no reports of any gunshots in the neighborhood. >> and police again are investigating along with officials from the county d.a.'s office. they're waiting for a search warrant and the coroner's office. right now no suspect, and no weapons recovered. live in bristol, syma chowdhry, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". syma, thank you, we will get back to you throughout the morning. meanwhile, hundreds every protesters pour on to the streets of southwest philly angry with firefighters who they say did not do enough to save four children killed in a weekend fire. right now that far deadly house fire with more on the clash. jen? >> good morning, the community here continues to grieve the loss of four children, who were killed on the street behind me, in this saturday fire, and hine me, you can see that a memorial has been set up, with stuffed animals, balloons, candles, outside of this church which is on the corner of where the fire happened. now, in the meantime, tensions ran high yesterday, as residents accuse the responding firefighters of slow response time. protesters clash with police officers, yesterday evening, as anger and frustration consume the community. now, several people were taken into custody, some in the crowd called firefighters murderers, after saturday's deadly fire in that four young children of liberian descent killed in quick moving fire on the 6500 block of gasner street. responding firehouses only few hundred blocks away. we did hear there were some residents who say it took to up half hour for firefighters to respond.

last nightmare nutter and other city officials held press conference for those concerns, adamant emergency personnel did nothing wrong. burr to hear from community member, community leader and the mayor. >> i'm not happy, because we are not getting no answers, we're not getting no answers from the fire department. >> most are venting frustration of what happened, and want to deal with it the best way possible, not this way. >> it is unfortunate, it is devastating, it is painful to everyone of us it, the parents, the citizens, the elected or appointed leaders, that we lost four children, but we must have a clear record. >> mayor nutter said response time was in a timely manner saying any rumors suggesting otherwise are outright lies. apparently some of the firefighters have received verbal threats. now, according to the mayor, firefighters arrived within a few minutes, which is under the required response time. that's the latest from

so far wounded at least nine palestinians, this comes as president obama makes appeal in a israeli newspaper, on israeli and palestinians to end the violence. the president calls the current situation a dangerous moment. well, investigators are trying to figure out what caused two homes to collapse in the southwest philadelphia cobbs creek neighborhood this morning, ten people are displaced, it happened at 60th and spruce, both adjacent properties, 6015 and 6017, came crumbling down, yesterday. no one was injured during the collapse. at least four other homes sustained damage, as well. now, neighbors are concerned about their homes. >> like a crash, you know? it was coming down. everything was coming down. >> i think that they should take a better look at all of these houses on the block just to make sure. >> l & i inspectors went door-to-door last night checking the basement walls and foundation in every home in the 6,000 block of spruce street. preliminary reports suggest the party wall between 6015

just into us, police in new york just arrested mother accused of leaving her baby at crowded subway station in new york. police release this surveillance video of the woman last night. you can see her pushing the little girl in the stroller yesterday. just moments late, she hops on a train, leaving the girl all alone. police say the woman told them she couldn't take care of the baby any longer. they haven't filed any charges as of yet. and new this morning, a powerful typhoon is just pounding parts of japan. this is new video of the huge wave slamming into the shore from a storm that's packing more than 100-mile per hour wind, and even torrential rain. this is one of the strongest storms by the way, to hit japan in decades. it is 5:13 right now. let's see how weather is looking close to us. >> it will be a humid day, hot day, so get ready to crank up the air, katie? >> certainly is, nicole. we want to talk about what's going on on the other side of

good news, not only on the schuylkill expressway, but also 95, 476, however, if you are traveling the pa turnpike, we have eastbound construction, from ft. washington, to bensalem. and, this is actually blocking the left and the center lanes. so, no major delays as a result of it, but definitely out there. be mindful of the guys and gals in the hard hats. moving now to 95, 95 northbound of the ben franklin bridge do, have midday construction, schedule between 9:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m., and just keep in mind, they just lifted some of the construction cents that they had blocked southbound lanes on 95, right around the area of i would say approaching girard through the vine st. expressway. so this will definitely set you back midday. and as we continue to take a look now into new jersey, maybe a few folks are still down the shore, and now heading back to work on this tuesday, instead of monday, but really new jersey commute looks great. forty-two, 55, 295, no major problems on these, acx or the garden state parkway. nicole?

>> thank you, thrill seekers get real scare at amusement park in california. they spent several hours dangling high above the grounds after this roller coaster got knocked off the track last night. cbs correspondent marlie hall shows you the risky rescue. >> riders on the ninja coaster at six flags magic mountain in california were hanging nearly 30 feet in the air for hours yesterday. officials say, part of a tree came crashing down on it, at about 5:30 p.m. pushing the first car off the tracks. >> we were going across one turn, then all the sudden allowed noise happens. >> one by one, rescue all 22 people on the roller coaster. jeremy was one of at least four people who suffered minor injuries. >> i duck down, just heart wrench. i was there bleeding from high head, little worse than this, but it took about 45 minutes to get any kind of response. >> in a statement, amusement park officials said the safety
