here's a look at today's forecast in some cities around the country. more theatrics in the trial that could determine the fate of the los angeles clippers. owner donald sterling is trying to stop his wife shelly from selling the team. she gained control of the family trust after two doctors declared him mentally incapacitated. while on the stand wednesday donald sterling said i never thought a wife wouldn't have stand for her husband, but soon after sterling expressed his anger toward his wife. randy paige from our los angeles

forecast in some cities around the country. a chicago man is recovering this morning after being gored by a bull in spain. ironically he wrote part of a back about how to survive the running of the bulls. as suzanne lemon-yoh of our chicago affiliate wbbm reports, he's now speaking out about the incident. >> reporter: this is chicago yan

bill hillmann after he was gored by a 1,300-pound bull on the stre street. the bull's horn missed a vital artery. >> if that artery would have been severed i likely would have bled to death pretty quickly and i might not be talking to you right now. >> reporter: the 32-year-old is an event veteran. he fell behind in the running of the bulls. h was pushed and trip and sent to the ground right in the path of the bull. >> as the bull fell he lunged forward and he slug his horn through my sky. the bull was trying to get up and gore me some more but he didn't get me again. >> reporter: he wrote a book "fiesta, how to survive the running of the bulls in pamplona." >> it's fun. hypoto do it until i'm 80. >> that was suzanne lemon-yoh.

in houston a rescue of seven construction workers. they were trapped on the roof of van that crashed into a bayou yesterday. the men were safely returned to land. ambulances took all of the men to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries. a colorado rockies fan got the shock of lifetime. he complained about the team's performance after attending a game with his family last weekend, but what he didn't expect was an actual response from the top of the rockies' front office. travis khachatoorian of our office. >> these, you had to bystander pretty much when they went right on sale, january. >> reporter: the ferguson family was spending their fourth of
