"eyewitness news" reporter syma chowdhry is live at police headquarters. what do we expect to learn today. >> reporter: well, police are waiting for an autopsy results report to help with their investigation. this is as a northeast neighborhood is on edge after body of the missing woman was found yesterday morning. >> someone very sick and deranged had to do something like that. i just hope they catch him. >> reporter: police urge woman who jog in penny pack park to use extra caution after a woman was found dead tuesday morning. victim has been identified as 46 year-old connie maclean murray. her body was found near a cemetery at holmes and convent avenue. police say around 9:00 monday night she went for a jog. her family called police around midnight when she did not return home. six hours later her body was discovered in the shallow brush behind these benches. >> i'm back here all the time. i know this area real well.

to determine the manner of death. police are investigating a double shooting in west philadelphia that injured a teenager. it happened just before 11:00 last night on the 4900 block of fairmount avenue. police say a 16 year-old boy and a 24 year-old man was shot multiple times and they were taken the two hospital and they are in stable condition, there is in word on a motive or a description of any suspects. also fire fighters said they have pulled one kit friend a north philadelphia house fire but several more remain missing. investigators tell "eyewitness news" that the fire started on the second floor of the row home on the 3200 block of north 17th street. three people were forced from the home but no human beings were injured, officials tell us there were three missing kittens though and six missing cats. here's a look at other news event happening today, is there a hearing at philadelphia city hall on the impact of the delayed cigarette tax. supporters want that $2 a pack tax to fund the struggling philadelphia school district.

it is rare but not unheard of to have two storms so close together. hurricane is expect to weaken by the time it makes land fall on friday. time for traffic and weather, good morning, katie. >> an update there we actually now have julio, restrength men a hurricane, is in the completely out of the question to have one named storm in the eastern pacific but it is rare to have two storms to be taking direct aim at hawaii island. here's what we're looking at. it looks like iselle will have main impact. we will look at both systems. we will start with iselle a category two. it does run into dryer air that will help weaken the storm but look at this it takes a direct aim at the big island of hawaii island here so many towns in that area could have widespread power outages, flooding, wash out roads, whole mixed bag. now julio although it is a category one hurricane runs in
