"eyewitness news" starts with breaking news from delaware county a woman is found shot and stabbed to death in a drexel hill home now police seek a man wanted for questioning. it is thursday, august 7th good morning i'm ukee washington. i'm quarter von tiehl. also a couple is found dead in montgomery county, and pennsylvania state police are trying to determine how both of them died. and new this morning fire fighters battled flames as they tear through, three homes, in camden, lots to talk about this morning. we will get right to it but lets start with your forecast. it feels nice outside. >> i'm loving these temperatures, katie. >> it is beautiful. it is that perfect combination of low humidity we expect more sunshine today and it is warm but not oppressive at all. >> it is just warm. >> yes, it is nice. >> i like it. >> i think a lot of people

will like this. >> we have not had a nice stretch of days, like what we are going to find here in the days ahead. we have had a lot of very nice days, we will tell thaw but they have in the come with this longevity like we will find. high pressure settling n cold front yesterday. we had such a minor issue. brought in a few clouds and showers. now that is gone. we will just see high pressure take back the lead. really nice wet tore who forward to. we will break the details down for you coming up, erika back to you. an amber alert was issued in delaware county after two children abducted following murder on have their mother in drexel hill. >> lets get out to "eyewitness news" reporter syma chowdhry at the scene with the description of the suspect inn his getaway car, syma. >> reporter: a woman was found dead, two children missing and now police are looking for her husband. she was found here in the second floor apartment of the 200 block of abby terrace. neighbors told police they heard a scuffle before seeing

a man leave the apartment with two little boys, ages are either four and six or five and six. woman was found stabbed multiple times and shot in the head. police identified her husband as keith bell ajonas. they are from stat on island or long island and may be headed there right now with the children. i talked to one neighbor who told me that the family has lived here for less than a year and just a few days ago they heard the couple arguing. neighbor living below the couple told police he heard the man leave with the children. >> one of the children, states his mommy dead, is mommy dead and out the door they go? the male is describe as a white male, 6-foot, in his 30's, light complexion, blue eyes. >> reporter: police have issued an amber alert and notified new jersey and new york. bella jonas is driving a gray, 2006, nissan path finder with

pennsylvania tags, j.d. h- h-7477. so, again, police are looking for a man named keith bellajonas, again amer with alert has been issued. two children are missing after their mother was found dead. live from drexel hill, syma chowdhry for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> thank you. pennsylvania state police are also investigating two suspicious deaths in montgomery county. starting to move again, light volume at this hour, so no reason why you could not head for burlington heading out the front door right now. one crash in the neighborhood harleysville pike at cross road, crew is still working on the turnpike, between fort washington and willow grove. they have had 20 minute stoppages at a time through the overnight and that is tying traffic up and slowing us down here, again between fort washington and willow grove. then, north on the 42 freeway coming in towards philadelphia, just past the ac expressway, construction crew is still there for maybe another half an hour or so, mass transit looking good with no delays. erika, back to you. fire fighters battled a two alarm fire early this morning in camden. crews respond to the scene on spruce and douglass streets just after 1:30 this morning. that is when they found three homes fully engulfed. luckily no injuries were reported, no word on what sparked that fire. police are investigating a shooting in hunting park that sent one man to the hospital, officers responded to the

scene on the 4500 block of north fourth street, after a report of shots fired. now that is where they have found a 28 year-old man with the gunshot wound to the stomach. he was taken to temple hospital where he remains in critical condition tonight. and a 19 year-old man is hospitalized following a shooting in west philadelphia, it happened around 12:45 on the 5800 block of hatfield street in cobbs creek. police say the victim was shot once in each thigh, he was rushed to the hospital of the university of pennsylvania, he is listed in stable condition. no word right now on a motive or any suspects in custody. also, this morning, philadelphia police are asking for public's help in tracking down a killer. >> connie maclean murray was found dead at penny pack park early tuesday morning. the the 46 year-old mother was strange told death. she went running in the northeast park late monday night, when she didn't return home right away her family filed a missing person's report. >> i'm shocked, i'm really

we're following breaking news right now. police are searching for a suspect after a woman was shot and stabbed in the drexel hill delaware county apartment. that woman was pronounced dead at the scene and there is an

>> we will get out to "eyewitness news" reporter syma chowdhry live at the scene in drexel with the latest on the manhunt, same, good morning. >> reporter: good morning woman found dead, two kids missing and now police are looking for her husband. he has been identified as keith belajonas, police say they were called to the 200 block of abby terrace around 2:30 this morning. they found would the man in her 30's in her second floor apartment. she was shot once in the head and she may have been stabbed as well. neighbors told police they heard a scuffle before seeing belajonas leave the apartment with the two little boys age four and six. police say the family is from staten island or long island and may be helping there with the children. i talk to one neighbor off camera and told me that the family has lived here less than a year and just a few days ago they heard the couple arguing. police say couple had been married since 2011. neighbor living below the family told police he heard the man leave with the kids.
