>> reporter: apparently at this pool at 26th and south the shocking has happened several other times this umer, to these kids. >> we were climbing up the ladder and it shock us. >> it was like a little shock. if you were a foot away you could still feel it. >> reporter: at first their mother didn't believe them, she does right now, each time the shocking happened to her kids, it happened in the same location, as today's incident, at the ladder. >> i thought they were nuts until a couple of other kids because they weren't near the ladder and they kept saying that their body hurt when they swam near it and coming in and try it. >> i said i don't want to. >> reporter: well, the the the power is off, now to this pool and as you can see, as you can see through this very padlocked gate we have got the pool being drained at the present time. it will go completely to nothing and there is no word on when this pool is going to be refilled. they are still investigating, exactly what happened this afternoon, the parks and recreational department said they have not heard much at all about what had happened

"eyewitness news" reporter jane carabao is live at police headquarters tonight, and is what the latest. >> reporter: chris, this was likely the last day on the scene in northeast philadelphia for investigators. they tell me unless they get new better information on where to look for this victim's cell phone that they have meticulously gone through wooded area where their body was found earlier this week to no avail. police are again asking for public's help.

for four days, philadelphia's finest has searched the woods here at penny pack park. friday, they chopped, some of it down looking for more evidence, specifically connie maclean murray's missing cell phone, again, no luck. >> is there a murderer around here. we're scared. >> reporter: in hope of catching a killer reward in including with the murray's death sits at $50,000. the philadelphia parking authority and district council 21 today added a combined $15,000 for information leading to an arrest. >> the tragedy is especially significant to us because connie's brother, kevin maclean is a long time parking authority employee. >> reporter: the the 46 year-old married mother of two was found strangled tuesday morning in shallow brush here near holmes and convent avenue, so far investigators have no suspects and they released a man they found in the woods just yesterday. >> we have brought in several people from the area, and have spoken to them. right now no one has been labeled as a suspect.

children were raising money for her church when that car hit them. two other people were injured, and today people stopped by crash scene to pay their respects. >> my hearties just hurting, bleeding for their family and the kid, just so senseless. >> authorities say the suspects jonathan rosa and cornelius crawford will face four counts of second degree murder and conspiracy, vigil for williams is expected to start in about an hour. tropical storm i selle makes land fall on hawaii's big island bringing strong surf and high winds, that storm made land fall just as high tides rolled in. and that led to these flash flood waters that raced down the the streets as wind gust ted to 85 miles per hour. about 20,000 people are without power, there as trees came down, along with power lines. iselle the is first tropical storm to hit hawaii in 22 years. it left some people in shelters over night.

engine piper on the grassy runway but plane continued across the road before coming to a stop in an empty yard. pilot and passenger on board were not hurt. the cause of this deadly crash in philadelphia is also under investigation. police say driver of the taxi lost control, crashing into a brick wall of this house. this happened this morning along cobbs creek parkway near spruce street. the 67 year-old driver was rushed to the hospital where he died. well, caught on camera tonight a woman is rob while withdrawing cash from an atm. here's surveillance video of that, police are looking for the man who came up from behind this 64 year-old woman, tacked her and then robbed her. it happened in a wells fargo branch on frankford avenue last sunday. victim was treated at a hospital following that attack but we're told she's recovering tonight. next at 5:00 new developments after a father of two kills his wife and then himself leaving their children orphaned, what a family in

"eyewitness news" reporter matt rivers is in upper darby for with us more now, matt. >> reporter: chris, while police investigation into this crime is largely wrapped up the healing process for family members involved in this crime, is just beginning. her full name was cristina but to her family she's always been christie, her death is unimaginable. >> it was shock, disbelief, and just fear for the children. >> reporter: cristina and her two boys four and five were at home in drexel hill thursday morning, keith belajonas her husband and their dad was there too, police say domestic dispute bowled over and belajonas shot and stabbed his wife killing her in front of his children. >> they're young, they are aware of what happened, how much they actually comprehend. >> family says they are not sure yet, they have not talk much since they got back from staton island where belajonas

looking for cause of an apartment fire in montgomery county. that blaze broke out early this morning in the 700 block of lincoln drive-in upper dublin township. weather. that is not only thing lighting up the sky this weekend. for more on that here's meteorologist kate bilo, hi kate. >> it doesn't seem long ago we talked about a super moon. if you miss that had one we will a chance again. the here's what a normal full moon will look like. super moon is 4 percent larger and 30 percent brighter, then what we normally see in the nighttime sky on any given evening and you will see certainly this weekend. we will take a look at the stats on this super moon as we move into sunday when we will see moon get to the fullest point sunday afternoon around 2:11 in the afternoon but makes its closest path the to the earth at 1:44 on sunday afternoon, that still puts it 221,000 plus miles away but like i said 14 percent closer and 30 percent brighter then a normal moon. because moon reaches its full point sunday afternoon you'll see it really nicely saturday night and then gannon sunday night but again that is not the the only thing we can look to the sky and see, we have got the persaid meteor shower
