an anti violence event in fairmount park. new there are about 600 people attending a peace concert held at dell music center when shots were fired around 8:30 last night. police say man in his 20's was hit in the torso and thigh at close proximity. he was taken to temple university hospital. ironically the concert was meant to send a message to stop the shooting. >> it was anti violence concert taking place when this hooting took place. there were 600 people present at the concert. the concert ended about 40 minutes after the shooting took place. we're not certain if this victim was going to or coming from the concert. >> reporter: later in the night two, 18 year-old's were injured during a shooting at tenth and bainbridge. one was hit three times in the leg, other hit once in the heel, both were taken to jefferson hospital and remain in stable condition.
