driver of sharon hill told children as young as five to get off his bus just blocks from their stops. the substitute bus driver in the william penn school district is now facing multiple counts of reckless endangerment and endangering welfare of children. one of the suspects in the casino heist at caesars in atlantic city is scheduled for a bail hearing. aaron evans is one of eight people arrested for gunpoint robbery. authorities say isaiah plumber and aaron evans entered a side door of the casino on july 21st and stole $180,000. plumber was a caesars employee up until being fired just weeks before that heist. plea for help from a philadelphia police officer wounded in the line of duty. >> officer steven korpalski was shot by a suspect in tacony early yesterday morning. he suffered a grazed wound to his head. investigators say david ellis

limo driver robbed at gunpoint in the frays ferry section of philadelphia "eyewitness news" here on the scene as police investigate, along the 2700 block of titan street. the the suspect got away with $200. they are looking for an african-american man with a beard wearing a gray hoodie and black pants, very vague description but we are following this breaking news throughout the morning. a series of storms caused severe flooding in phoenix arizona requiring several dramatic rescues. take a look at that. rising waters throughout the area homes became submerged and residents were trapped. many calls for help one waved a white flag right there out of fabric there out of the window. the fire department came just in the nick of time rescuing that resident by helicopter. and this is what it looked like from the eras those intense storms moved through the region. areas saw over 4 inches of rain in a matter of minutes. look at how thick those clouds are. several roads were forced to
