4:44 am
going to cause a wash out but you will be dodging it kind of off and on throughout the day. notice this. off to the south it is basically just calm quiet, this is nice big dome of high pressure. actually heatings things up, significantly, across the deep south. but around that rim, you see how the wet weather sort of is rolling along the rim as a hi, that's kind of why we're looking at several days of unsettled weather here at home. we walk you through just today. here is the retreat of that wet weather we should be in the clear by the end of the morning rush, at least briefly, and then fresh round will likely fire upright around lunchtime, heads up if you are going to the shore might be dodging some wet weather out there as well, on the a.c. expressway, just hit and miss off and on any time, so today here you have it, low 80s at warmest drop it down to 67 for the nighttime low, even still with some scattered showers around, but dow come bearing some real nice weather news. save the best for last, right? sunday monday, tuesday and wednesday, all look bright sunny, and warmer with every

4:46 am
ourselves, me as a player, i'm very critical. i think very important not to get complacent. well yes they are still tweaking. >> just little bit. >> as we all are. still ahead on "eyewitness news" this morning wendy gillette joining us from the new york stock exchange with a look at the day on wall street. >> first what's coming up tonight on cbs-3.

4:53 am
coming up on 4:53. bob, happy friday. >> happy friday tgif. looking liver at one of the traffic cameras focused on one of two fires in camden, new jersey, right now. this is our camera that's on the ben franklin bridge toll plaza. and we kind of moved it around. you can see the smoke coming, this location, at fourth and spruce in camden, new jersey. so obviously still a busy operation, with all of the smoke, the good thing is that it is white smoke. white smoke means at least the firefighters been able to put water and hopefully getting a handle on t but that smoke kind of rolling through the neighborhood, and over toward the river. so probably going to have that smell of fire as you come over that ben franklin bridge. the other fire location over here is sort of right on the border every pennsauken and camden. thirtieth and clinton just watch for some local detours around both of those fire scenes. live look at the schuylkill expressway. everything going to be little wet and slower than normal this morning and you will have to use the wipers, maybe
4:54 am
once, twice, to kind of clear the windshield off. but i guess katie what's the deal the rest of the day through the weekend? >> looks as though the worse of the forecast, if you are not a fan of the weather happens today and tomorrow. then starting to see decent weather settling n we've had couple of awesome friday's recently, and it won't be the most ideal one out there today. let's explain. we actually start things off with a view of the tropics here guys because there may be some tropical trouble brewing out there, currently the area of low pressure that we have been watching for couple of days has a 50% chance to develop. it is currently just east of the win ward island. here's where the current models take t we call this the spaghetti plotment looks like bunch of noodles thrown on the map, the different models, where they would take this storm. the bulk of them now make it an atlantic storm or at least something that would potentially hug the eastern seaboard. soap, we got to keep an eye on that. meanwhile, storm scan3 yes you're still getting soaked out there, guys, especially through new jersey, new castle county bulk of the heaviest
4:55 am
rain has since moved out of southeastern pa, currently we are into the upper 60s low 70s, just temperatures depending upon where you are right now you know, still mild. but it may and little cooler for some up. and the phillies are back in action, and we can expect to see still some cloudy skies dow think there will be a shower at least in the vicinity, so may see little damp weather in time for a game. the game time here, 78, mid 70s at first pitch. going forward to the forecast, even still lingering showers tomorrow. but it only gets better with time. so today really the worse day if we are talking wet weather. by tomorrow it is starting to clear out at least little bit. sunday looks a lot brighter, nicer, monday even better, tuesday even better than monday, and wednesday starts to heat up a bit more here. so high pressure really going regain the lead t looks as though as a result we get nice little stretch here of some pretty darn nice weather. natasha, back to you. >> i like the way that sounds, thank you so much. now a check on some of the stories "kyw news radio" 1006 is following.
