broad street. police say one person was killed, when the car left the roadway, and crashed into a pole. a passenger is in critical condition. and south jersey police are looking for the hit-and-run driver who left a man in critical condition it happened about 10:00 lassiter township sneak sicklerville angaries vote. twenty-two year old victim found laying on the side of the road. police are asking anyone who may have seen the crash to call 911. >> a man rushed to the hospital after a stabbing outside after philadelphia bar, investigators searched for clues outside of jay jay bar in olney. police say the victim was stabbed in the chest just after midnight. taken to einstein in stable condition. police are looking into a possible lead suspect in that case. two mysterious murders over the weaken lever a northeast philadelphia community in shock. family members say the elderly women were viewed as grandmothers to their neighbors.

"eyewitness news" reporter syma chowdhry joins us at police headquarters with the latest on the investigation. syma? >> police are trying to figure out who would kill these two women who many say were loved by neighbors, and right now, they have more questions than answers as family members try to make sense of it all. >> , a neighborhood in mourning and killer is on the loose. family, friends, rush to the 4700 block of vista street saturday, only to learn their loved ones were gone. police found 67 year old dolly evans shot once in the head-on the living room couch. fifty-nine year old ruby thomas was found upstairs on a bedroom floor also shot once in the head. both pronounced dead on the scene. >> my sister, she never bothered a soul. she would clean her house do, anything at all, just to get by. neighbors say the 67 year old homeowner was everyone's grandmother on the block, feeding and helping anyone in need no questionings asked.
