weekend, but there are storms in the forecast. we have a beautiful afternoon with deep blue skies, still a lot of traffic on 16th street, with folks trying to get out and start their holiday weekend festivities. temperatures around the region are very pleasant. philadelphia right now 78. seventy-eight in allentown. seventy in the poconos. pack sweat ertz going north because they are experiencing some cool evenings, as of ovulate. millville 74. atlantic city is 72. down the shore 70's are wild, ocean city 76. at the shore, and cape may, right now 73 degrees. ocean is mild at 76 degrees. now here is a look at your holiday weekend forecast as we kick it off saturday. in philadelphia it will be 84 tomorrow. down the shore 79 with a very high uv index and plenty of sunshine and poconos very comfortable with lots of sun, high temperature 74 degrees. we will start off with pleasant. you can see just a few clouds moving through right now but storminess is to the west, throughout the great lakes and

bailey in addition to this charge could be a serial offender who may have victimized other with men without them being aware of it. meanwhile radnor police are crediting new high tech training and a new high tech piece of software with leading them to the suspect very quickly. police say brian bailey was busy in the produce section of the giant supermarket last friday morning but he wasn't shopping. he was pointing his iphone camera up a woman's skirt. >> he had iphone under her skirt. she was wearing a skirt at that time. this is a classic example of what you may know as up skirting. >> reporter: mr. bailey, can you tell us you why did this, sir. >> i didn't do anything. >> reporter: bailey police say was quickly identified after police analyzed surveillance video from the super market. using newly purchased facial recognize software that revealed a match. >> when just begun using it and this is first investigation where it proved to be very beneficial. >> reporter: you are accused of up skirting.

>> i didn't do anything. >> reporter: records show bailey pled guilty to up skirting a woman in an ambler bank in june 2012 getting a $200 fine and probation but no jail time. >> reporter: can you tell us why you did this. >> i didn't do it. >> reporter: you accused of doing it. >> reporter: following that arrest, 72 improper i am acknowledges of women were found on his iphone and now, following his new brush with the law, they are concerned with that he could be a serial offender. >> we have reason to believe there are other incidents in the region. we have notified the philadelphia police department as well. >> reporter: in line with that police say they are busy getting a search warrant to go through the suspect's i phone and computer to see if they can find additional improper images of women. if you think you recognize him and victimized, notify radnor police immediately. live from radnor police headquarters, walt hunter, cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> walt, thank you. a with man was killed this morning in after she was hit

philadelphia pathmark parking lot. getting a way with tens of thousands. >> it is very scary. waiting to rob somebody, shoot them, and, right in our own backyard. >> reporter: it happened thursday just after 6:00 in the parking lot. police say the 37 year-old victim owns several gas stations and was making a weekly deposit. >> at 6:00 o'clock in the afternoon as you can see in the video there are several shoppers. other consumers from the other businesses in the mall. >> reporter: police believe that the victim was targeted. he pulled into this parking lot and was not even able to get out of the car to make his deposit. before the suspect block him in and went straight for his bag of cash. surveillance video shows the 37 year-old man drive-in to one of the front spots, white dodge caravan pulls up behind him two. armed men get out of the van and try to open up the driver side door but the man fights back. that is when one of the men shoots him in the arm. they attempt to flee but one goes back, and then breaks passenger side window and

grabs a back of money sitting on the passenger seat. up side, $70,000. >> it seems like he was targeted. >> somebody must have known he had that money. you have to keep that a secret if you are going to the the bank. otherwise, some needs to accompany you, not by yourself. >> never trust anybody. >> reporter: victim will survive his injuries but police are now looking for public's help in finding the the white dodge caravan. in northeast philadelphia, diana rocco for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". philadelphia school district laid off 17 central office employees today as part of thee limb nation of 81 positions. other 64 positions were vacant. school district says job cuts should save about 5.4 million-dollar, currently, it faces an 81 million-dollar deficit. the this labor day weekend has a different meaning down the shore in atlantic city. for thousands of casino workers it could be the last weekend they have a job at least for a while. new jersey reporter cleve
