every impacts, especially, to the shore. we'll talk about it coming up. jess? >> good morning, just 5:00. outside right now on the blue route, just near broomall. you can see overnight work there, headed northbound towards the schuylkill expressway, not really setting anybody back yet. we do have a lot of other overnight work patches to talk about little later on this morning, erika, ukee, good morning. >> jess, thank you. developing right now, an argument inside of north philadelphia chinese restaurant, leads to stabbing, leaving one man in critical condition. it happened around 1:30 this morning, on the 3600 block of north broad street. investigators are checking cameras inside that store to id the suspect. also, police are investigating a shooting that left a woman critically injured in south philly's queen village neighborhood authorities were called to apartment on fifth street, another washington avenue, around 10:00 last night. inside they found a 32 year old woman shot twice in the face and arm. police don't have a suspect in custody, but they are considering the victim's boyfriends as a person of

interest. at least 19 shots ring out on north philadelphia block leaving one teenager dead. officers on routine patrol heard gunshots coming from the 2400 block of huntington street. now, police say, they found a 17 jerold with a gunshot wounds to the chest at the scene. he was later pronounced dead at the hospital. so far no arrests have been made. a story that has people talking this morning. a violent confrontation inside an atlantic city hotel elevator between nfl player, ray rice, then fiancee, all caught on tape. now, the release of that new video delivers some serious consequences for the running back. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo joins us in the cbs-3 sat center with the latest information, january? >> good morning, erika. ray rice now finds himself released from the ravens, and suspended indefinately, from the nfl. all consequences from an incident caught on camera back in february, but this newly-released video is now revealing more insight on exactly what happened inside that elevator, in atlantic city. >> it is video that's hard to

watch. nfl star ray rice striking his then fiancee in the face knocking her out inside elevator at revel in atlantic city. newly-released video has shock football fans. >> -- his arms like a boxers, like lethal weapons. co-have killed her honestly. that's a big deal. >> after this video surfaced, the baltimore ravens released rice and the nfl suspended him indefinately. the "tmz" video shows him entering an elevator with janaa palmer in february. inside appears to shove pam nerve, moments nature hitting her knocking her out, palmer hitting her haste, continues with rice dragging the woman away, shows no immediate sign he tried to get medical help. ravens head coach harbaugh said the first time he saw the video was yesterday. >> when someone that you care about does wrong, you know, and is faced with the consequences of doing wrong, and rightfully so, it is tough. it is hurtful.

skydeck. how is it feeling out there? >> light little breeze, erika, i won't lie. you know i am a wimp. i walked in with my sweater on this morning, perfectly cozy, but kind of depends where you are, what kind of a temperature you're waking to up this morning, some spots dealing with a lot more cloud cover than others, so might actually and little milder for some of you. but, actually into the 50's in a few locations, as well. here's what's going on. we have an area of low pressure nearby, at the moment, not doing heck of a lot. other than to bring in some clouds, but all do you have do is zoom it out. you can see, boy, a lot of activity pent to up our south. this storm system will essentially clip our area. but what it does, is help kick up the surf. so there are coastal flood advisories posted for all of our area shore points here, through new jersey, as well as delaware, in that said, you have also got a risk for high risk of rip currents. so you want to be careful out there today. if you are going to venture into the waves, and the surfers love this kind of stuff, just be smart about it, the lifeguards for the most part are all off duty. the gusts could peak as high

as 35 miles per hour, and we're really looking at ugly day, i have to say it, you know, if it is not raining it is just cloud, dreary, pretty breezy at the shore. that's specific to the shore. further inland you go, could you get away without an umbrella that's how sharp after cut off it will be. sixty-nine the current temperature at the airport, 59 in allentown, so again, the clearer the sky, the cooler it will be for you this morning. and that's definitely a sign where you have got some clearer skies at the moment. up toward the northern region, meanwhile, we go through the day in the city, specking at best mid 70s, the clouds, as they did yesterday, really limit the amount of warm that can take place. dow think we will see couple of showers. dow think it will be a little breezy, but could you ends up with pretty soaking rain down the shore, whereas in philly just kind of glancing blow, jess, we send it into you. >> something to look forward tonight i like little sweater weather. good morning, everybody, just 5:05, and relatively quiet morning so far. besides the fact we have some overnight construction patches to talk about, we head outside, look at one of them right now. on the blue route, where you

when the thieves went to work. at least five homes, one car, hit in the saint david's section of radnor township between midnight and 5:00 a.m. monday morning. according to investigators, burglars may have targeted homes one lock doors or windows along the train tracks. thieves got away with cash, small electronics, and liquor. >> very close proximity to the paoli-thorndale line, so we strongly believe that the individuals that are responsible for these burglaries are washing -- working that line. >> stepped up patrols are in the area. $5,000 rewards being offered for any information that leads to an arrest. a third teen now under arrest in the beating after mentally disable man caught on camera. police tracked down the boys after this video of the attack went viral on instagram over the weekend. the beating happened in newark, delaware, the 26 year old victim has been treated for his injuries and released. developing right now, soaked in the southwest, people out there just are not used to dealing with flooding like this.

with the forecast for today. you can see that at the moment, not too much to speak of. we've got basically just the edge of the cloud cover, starting to lift in here, so basically looking at a lot of clouds, initially, but i do think that specially through sussex county, delaware, cape may county and new jersey, you may ends up with some pretty soaking rainout of this, because we just get clipped by it. now, temperatures in the meantime, kind of all over the place, clearer the school, the cooler it is at the moment. but zero in on what's going on in canada. you're below freezing in calgary right now. so this cold front will eventually move through, specifically for us, on thursday, will mean business, will knock our temperatures back, thankfully knotts to that casino of level. meantime we have so much cloud cover, got the wet weather in the forecast, it is keeping the pollen levels pretty low, and the next couple every days, even though casino of every other day by thursday, see the next system come along with breaks inbetween on wednesday and friday. and regardless, dow think the pollen levels stay pretty low for couple every days here. that's good news, by tomorrow, again, all catching a break. some sun, it is warming up as a result, little more humid on
