block of adams avenue. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo is live at police headquarters with more on of the breaking developments now in this case. jan? >> police say she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. she was innocent bystander, shot and killed, and to make matters worse, she was eight months pregnant. now, doctors were able to save that baby's life yesterday. remaining in critical condition overnight, but we are told that baby has died, as well. this was 26 year old megan doto, shot and killed in the frankford section of philadelphia as she sat outside of her adams avenue home. police say she was watching her neighbor, seven year old child, when the gunfire errupted. it was around 11:00 in the morning yesterday. police say someone fired about a dozen shots at an unknown target. now, doto was sitting hundreds of yards away, got caught in the crossfire, shot in the face. doto was returned to temple university hospital where she died. doctors performed an emergency c-section to save her baby's life, that baby again had remained in critical condition

for much of the day yesterday, but we're told that baby has now died. meanwhile, police search for suspects, continue to investigate, they've been interviewing witnesses, they also questioned three people on sunday, but so far, no arrests. >> she was not the intended target, unfortunately at the wrong place in that share at the time the shooting occurred up the block. >> can you not let your kids play outside no more. like you got to be careful, watching them 24-seven. >> now no weapons had been recovered. again, police continue to search for a suspect, no arrests at this point. no indication of a motive at this point either. police however do believe that the suspects may have fled in a older model white ford crown vick. if you have any information, give police a call. reporting live outside police headquarters, jan carabeo, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> now 4:33, traffic and weather together. good morning. >> hey, natasha, doo good morning, very happy monday morning, being set your way.
