right now. new details continue to come in from syria, where a coalition of forces led by the us launched air strikes against the isis millitant group. some of the first pictures are now just coming into "eyewitness news", we have them for you right here, showing explosions off in the distance. cbs news correspondent marl ' hall takes closer look at the latest breaking developments. the us and five arab allies launch first air strikes against isis in syria last night, pentagon officials say mix every fighter jets, bombers, tomahawk missiles, fire from near guy warships used to destroy isis tarring nets four areas, including rocca the group's strong holds. >> targets are command and control centers, training facilities, and logistics, known target. >> video campaign comes after weeks of air strikes targeting isis in neighboring iraq. >> the president will join world leaders here, at the united nations general assembly today, he is expected to discuss the international

surrounding that incident are quote unclear. tea with "eyewitness news" on updates, and get the latest on cbs this morning when nor, a charlie, gale join you at 7:00. now we would like to show you exclusive cam video of barricade situation that ended overnight in gloucester county. police found a man dead inside a west depford home. now the stands off started yesterday afternoon when police tried to serve a warrant, when they heard a warrant, they moved n fired tear gas canisters into the house earlier, they found the man dead late last night. well, police are intensifying their manhunt for the man who allegedly ambushed two pennsylvania state troopers. police believer i can frein may be hiding in the densely wooded forest near the border of pike and monroe counties. for now, many neighbors are still staying in their homes worried roadblock will keep them from getting back home. >> i think that's in everybody's minds, is when is it going to end? he seems to be he will looting

yesterday's temperatures by comparison, you're anything from ten to 20 degrees or more cooler than this very same time yesterday. so, very noticeable change in the air when you walk out the door. thankfully, not quite as breezy in most spots, you know, we actually still had persistent breeze up in the mount pocono area up until an hour ago, so that has persistently start today quiet down for us here, but it is still chilly outside. now at best today talking 07 degrees in the city, you won't even break out of the 60s in the poconos or down toward the shore. but everybody gets in at least on some sunshine, just nice crisp fall day. vittoria? >> thank you, so much, katie. well traffic giving you the cold shoulder this morning. let's get outside. you like that. let's get outside and take a look, in all seriousness, this is a serious incident we're dealing, with overturned truck situation, one injury reported, from this incident. this is a live look at the scene, from live chopper three, as you will notice here, tractor-trailer accident occurred on the southbound side of 95 at bridge street.

but it flipped over and crushed the guardrail and landed even on the northbound side, and on top of all of that just trash spilled all over the roadway, so one lane only in either direction, crane now on scene, to get this uprighted. i can only imagine, will eventually have to close down 95 at least in one direction, to get this going, as safety precaution, now, if you are trying to maneuver through the area take a look at the 95 southbound side approaching the incident; big old tie up there. headed out of northeast fill my center city stay on roosevelt boulevard to the schuylkill or make that left on aramingo, you can jump back on 95 there. >> philadelphia police hope surveillance cameras will help them track down the gunman wanted in a deadly shooting in olney. the shots killed a 15 year old girl, and wounded 19 year old man. the break in the case they're looking forment they'll be reviewing video not only from here at einstein but down the road at the subway station, where this whole incident started. this, as 19 year old shooting victim remains in the hospital this morning, and as a family of a 15 year old shooting victim starts to mourn her death. >> philadelphia police converge on yet another shooting scene. this time, in the olney section of the city near einstein medical center. the shooter, police say, is a teenager, the two victims, teenagers, too. >> i mean, young kids today, they get weapons from everywhere. it is just ridiculous. >> investigators say it, all started here, around 4:00 in the afternoon, at the olney transit center. when a fight broke out in a crowd of 50 teenagers, many of them students, and the group then made its way south on broad street, and old york road, and that's when mr. is say teen gunman took out gun from student's back pack and started firing t sent students

investigators are searching for the cause of an overnight fire that sent three people to the hospital. this was the scene on the 3,000 block of north ninth street, in north philadelphia. firefighters were able to get the flames under control within a few minutes, after their arrival. the three victims are expected to be okay. police and student at the university of delaware, stay alert after two students were robbed at gunpoint off campus. authorities say two men approached several students in two separate incidents over the weekend. >> armed men got a which with their phones and wallets. university officials sent out alerts to warn students about the robberies. >> just great, but never hear follow up. you know, they caught anybody, or had any suspect, or anything like that. >> police describe the suspects as two black men, between 25 and 30 years old, with large to muscular builds. they say one has cents full beard, the other, a goatee. anyone with information is

here, outside einstein, down the street at the subway station where this whole incident happened yesterday afternoon. remains in the hospital this morning, and in critical condition, and as a 15 year old's family starts to mourn her death. shot and killed, caught in the crossfire, now, this is where it all happened. right around 4:00 yesterday afternoon, just outside einstein medical center. but, police say, the shooting stemmed from a nerve by incident. they say, group of about 50 teenagers, many of them students, got into a fight at the transportation center down the street, the group then made its way south, on broad street, and old york road. and that is when the shooting happened. police say a teenage gunman took weapon from a back pack, and started firing, 19 year old man shot twice, and 15 year old girl was shot and killed. police say, she was an innocent bystander, walking home, with a friends, from delaware valley charter high school.

traffic, a halt. yes. >> yep. >> right outside, best segway. take a look, 95, if you are traveling 95, southbound, we've been talking alternates all morning long, can i not stress enough to you, take amount that the out of northeast philadelphia, it is not even worth it to get on 95 right now. this is your southbound delay, taking a look at live chopper three over the scene of what was an overturned trash truck situation on southbound side of 95 at bridge street. if we can drop that lower thirds for just a second, so we can take a look and follow this stream of traffic. and we've not even reached the incident scene just yet at bridge street. we're talking a delay, stemming all the way into far northeast philadelphia, that will only continue to grow. it is 6:35, it is rush hour, and it is just overall a bad bad situation. we haven't even gotten that yet, have we? still wait to go even reach the incident scene.

so as we take a look, this is 95 southbound right around cottman avenue through the construction zones, best thing to do right now is to continue on the roosevelt boulevard, out of northeast philadelphia, down to aramingo avenue or just jump on the schuylkill, that's your best bet. ukee? >> torrey, thank you. new information on the attack on gay cup nel center city philadelphia. police say, they finished their investigation, and turn the case over to the d.a.'s office, for possible charges. last week police released video of about dozen people, that included persons of interest, in the attack. we're told that police interviewed members of that group. hope they find a man in connection with murder investigation, along the schuylkill river. police are looking for 42 year old tom lee. he is want in the connection with the stabbing of two brothers, their bod wrist dumped in the schuylkill river last month. one man survived the attack, alerted authorities. that is $40,000 reward for arrest and conviction in the

case. police in haddonfield are searching for the suspect in the attempted abduction of a teenage girl. investigators say the suspect tried to abduct a teen around 10:30 last night, this was last thursday, rather, on tanner street. the victim was walking home from work at the time. police say the suspect drove up, got out of his car, and then grabbed the girl. she fought him off and ran away. the suspect is described as a man in his 20's, 30's, with shaggy blonde hair, who may now have scratches on his face and neck. federal transportation investigators are trying to determine exactly what caused a tour bus to crash and flip down an embankment in delaware. that crash killed two people, and injured 48 others on sunday. >> after a day of sightseeing. >> bits and pieces of arm, face, and no one on the scene without blood on them except

opinion, maybe like judging their ability. is this pretty common thing? >> family doctor, because i know them, very well, they say doctor jen, you know, am i going to offend my doctor by asking for a second opinion. am i going to hurt their feelings? are they going to be upset with me? very common reaction. this is what i say. first every all, you know, you have one body. as healthcare professionals, we are here to help you live the healthiest life you possibly can. so it is not personal, it is personal but not in a certain way. to to say to your doctor, thank you for the information, i would like a moment to think about it, or i would like to get a second opinion. not sure, go back to your family doctor, doctor you trust, talk it over. but it is importantment be up front. it is okay to say these things, shouldn't offends us, put it that way. >> and when you're being up front, what are some of the major questions you want to ask before finding a second opinion? >> so first do you have find a doctor you want a second opinion from. ask family, friends, loved

ones, people you trust to say hey what doctor have you been to get some good referrals, get copies your medical reported records, make sure they've been sent over by your offers or get copies yourself and take them over yourself. you need those records to take to your specialist. write down list every questions before go. it is very common problem, people forget what their questions were when they get to the doctors office. ask someone to go with you to help you, also make want to check with your insurance company before second opinion, make sure it is okay with the insurance company, things like that. >> now if you get different opinions from both doctors, should you share the other doctor's opinions with each other? >> i think it is okay to say, you know what, i have been told about x, y, z, the best route is there is what are your thoughts about that? remember it is your body. it is your health. as healthcare providers we want you healthy. we want to make the right decision for you. so opinion to talk about these things to tell other doctors cents what you have been told, get opinions about that. >> good stuff. good stuff. indeed.
