ends with rob coney lying face down unconscious in his own blood. >> this is the lowest point of my life that i've gone through so far. >> reporter: 25 year old sat down with "eyewitness news" and row watched the scene that he says changed his life. it was last september and coney was at harrah's pool after dark he says a security guard asked him to leave saying he had already left and wasn't allowed to re-enter. coney told her that wasn't true. another guard started arguing with coney attracting a lot of attention. >> this guy started getting in my face and pushing me, and cursing a the me in if i face. >> that guy was an off duty atlantic city police officer working part time security for marra's. outside the pool club coney and that officer clash again. that officer responds and as the video shows smashes coney over the head with a baton. coney runs away and falls. >> while i'm on the ground, face down, i'm getting struck in the head, struck in the back, i'm getting punched, kicked he can everything. >> reporter: the group hitting him included another off duty

atlantic city officer and several security guards. eventually it stops coney now handcuffed is walked towards a detention cell at the casino. >> i can barely stand. i just -- i'm just done. i'm out. >> at that time coney says he passed out blood clearly streaming from his head as officers and employees drag him several feet through a door and then leave him. >> watching myself pretty much lifeless on the ground and nobody cares. these are police officers and security guards and nobody cares. >> reporter: coney is eventually taken to hospital and later charged with aggravated as sought and resisting arrest. charges he pleaded down to a misdemeanor a decision coney now regrets. saying his new criminal history has cost him two jobs. >> i can't be the person that i had inspired work so hard to be. >> he and his lawyer have filed to get his record he can punched. while he waits for his lawsuit against harrah's and the officers to go to court. >> i'm just embarrassed. i've been humiliated by this. there's no excuse it and i

"eyewitness news" reporter diana rocco shows us the afternoon in claymont new castle county. >> i just turned around and just saw it all happening exploded, boom! just that quick. in a split second. >> reporter: single family home in ruin an family left without place to live after an out of control driver crashes a mini van right through the front of their house. >> the most devastating accident i've ever seen. 5-foot in the air over the handrail in the front of the house and spun around two times in the air and in a split second i mean that's amazing. >> reporter: it happened just

after 5:00 on darylly road in claymont, delaware. witnesses saw the car wobbling out of control after striking something on the hey way then careening into the front yard. eric webber was stopped at the light and saw it. >> he was coming at me. and i was concerned at that point i can run out of my vehicle and just accident and run it was that far away. it spun twice from what i could see it spun twice. and the whole house was destroyed in second. >> reporter: a bed and belonging scattered the yard. the family wasn't home but say few minutes later and they would have been sitting in the room now exposed and open to the outside. the house is condemned for fear it will collapse. the driver walk off and was picked up a few blocks away found wandering by medics. then taken to christiana hospital with head injuries. >> this family is now staying with friends. they've not even been allowed back inside to collect a few of their belongings. the structure is still too unstable. the driver of the mini van 34 year old jason roane has been

>> philadelphia failed to respond to several warnings before the deadly market street building collapse. mayor michael nutter nouned the findings of an independent advisory commission at city hall today. that report said l andism failed to follow up on multiple warnings that the site was unsafe. it also listed 36 recommendati recommendations. nutter said the stow is starting by putting l and i under the city's public safety office.

there you go. temperatures ranging from 50 degrees in the poconos to 60 degrees in philadelphia. 61 in wildwood. 60 in dover and right now in reading and allentown temperatures in the mid 50s. storm scan3 showing our storm pull away with clearing skies to the west and that means plenty of sunshine over the next couple of days. with that high pressure builds in from the midwest and that high is going to create some warming conditions. not just for friday into saturday, but this continues to build in for sunday and even into the day on monday. so a little bit of a weather role. overnight skies will be partly cloudy. it will be cool with low temperatures in the mid 50s. during the day, we will be seeing some changes. waking up to a cool start for friday. the morning low in the poconos 46. philadelphia waking up to 56. but then as we work our way through the afternoon the sun warms us up to residential levels. temperatures will the mid 70s in philadelphia. and that is just the beginning
