"eyewitness news" reporter syma chowdhry joins us now, at an acme market in south fill which more on this. syma? >> good morning, erika, ukee, if you shopped attack me, do you have listen up. that's because of possible data breach, customers may now have to monitor their credit, and debit cardiac tiff at this. -- activities. >> con same trying to, you know, thinking you're safe, in

a every day situation. >> jordan knows what it feels like to have his debit card information stolen. just recently he had to gather newspaper card and dispute charges someone made an in a georgia store using his account. now, he and other acme customers have to monitor their credit and debit cardiac tiff at this after the supermarket says their customers personal information may have been hacked. acme's parent company says malicious software was found on networks that pros else dollars credit and debit cards in the store. the company says it immediately contacted the authorities. the customers that may be at risk shopped attack me sometime in late august, to early september. now, shoppers are having to monitor their credit cardiac tiff at this, although, it is not clear if any customer information was stolen. >> it is more an inconvenience than anything, but if it ends up being money being stolen, that's obviously not, not good for anybody.

"eyewitness news" has learned the victim was shot in the back. this happened near stevenson and sheriff avenue just before 3:00 this morning. the the extent of the victim's injuries is not clear right now, and the search is on for the gunman. we'll keep you up-to-date on the breaking news as we learn

more. authorities are investigating what caused this house fire in olney overnight. crews quickly extinct wished the fire inside two story home, but the damage already done, fortunately, no one was injured. philadelphia police are investigating a shooting at west oaklane that left a man in critical condition. the victim was shot three times, just before midnight, on the 7700 block of thrown avenue. responding officers found shell casings from ak47. spent rounds from a 40 caliber handgun, as well. the suspect or suspects are still on the run. police tell "eyewitness news", it does not appear to be a random shooting. it is 5:03, let's get your traffic and weather together. here's k fell. >> ukee there is morning will be one of those mornings that does feature little bit of wet weather for some of you, more than anything, expect to see damp roads out there. we do have some low-lying cloud cover. some patchy dense fog, may develop in a couple of spots, too, so just little bit after mixed bag, of issues to get to

here this morning, storm scan3 showing that at this point any moisture that we did see start to move in yesterday, in through the overnight, is for the most part out to sea. but just along the little stretch between baltimore and say new castle county, you have got a little pocket of rain along i-95. that said, nice wide zoom again showing the wet weather fully retreating out to sea. so it is only a matter of time of before we have a chance to dry out. low-lying cloud cover, not everyone getting in on that at the sharp, clear enough, you don't have to worry about fog. but, we've got calm enough winds in philadelphia, for example, back toward lancaster, mount pocono, especially through the western suburbs, outside of philly here this morning. the potential for patchy, dense fog, is with us. there are no advisories posted. i'll let you know if that should change. but at this point it is more of just, you know, sort of the patchy scattered variety of that fog, something that you want to watch out for obviously can mess with your commute. sixty-six currently at the airport, a very mild start to the morning. yes, there you have it, nice calm winds out there, to allow

schuylkill expressway not too far away from center city, it is wide open, speed censors in the 50's, as well, traveling 476, and 95, through the construction zone. pa turnpike the northeast extension all looking great this morning. now as far as those overnight construction projects, in new jersey, 259 southbound between the black horse pike and four it, we have one here ongoing until 6:00 a.m. be mindful of lane blockages, erika? >> torrey, thank you. parents at school in hamilton township new jersey say they won't be sending their kids to class until they know what killed one preschooler and sickened another. the fear is that it was enterovirus d68. tensions were hyatt last night eights meeting at yardville elementary school. four year old boy was out sick wednesday, n ' died at home the following day. the preschooler's symptoms were reportedly consistent with d68. his sample was sent to the cdc for testing yesterday, but results could take days. officials say the school is safe but questions remain. >> why did four year old toddler pass?

$90 million bid. revel opened to much fanfare in 2012, closed earlier this month after never turning a profit. erika? >> new details are emerge being just how far an armed fence jumper was able to get before he was caught inside the white house. cbs news correspondent craig boswell tells us the director of the secret service is scheduled to testify before congress this morning, about that incident, and also other recent security breaches. >> accused white house fence jumper, omar gonzalez, made it much farther inside the executive mansion than was previously revealed. sources tell cbs news, that after entering the port i can owe doors, gonzalez ran through the entrance hall to the cross hall, passed the staircase leading to the first family residence. a female secret service agent confronting gonzalez, but he overpowered her, then ran into the east room. agents finally stopped him, just outside the green room door. that is very different from the original report, which said that gonzalez was

good morning, everyone, lawyer for tracy morgan sales that it is appauling that wal-mart is blaming the comedian for the crash that seriously injured him, and killed one every his friends, on the new jersey turnpike. this was the scene in june, after wal-mart trucks slammed into a van, caring morgan, on his way home from a show in dover, delaware. now, wal-mart says, morgan's injuries were caused by him not wearing a seatbelt. morgan spent several weeks in rehab with rib and leg injuries. police say the truck driver did not sleep for more than 24 hours before that crash. right now, a 13:00. we want our traffic and weather together. what do you think today, do you need an umbrella? >> i would say could you get away without t unless you're out for real long periods of time, perhaps on a golf course, ukee, maybe for 18 holes worth. you know? that's nice long stretch of

time. at least possibility that we will see stray shower rolling on in here, the reason for, that weakening area of low pressure, key word there, it is weakening, but still going to have just enough juice to bring thaws spotty shower chance. so, that said, we want to get you through the whole forecast here. actually do have bit of activity to show you already this morning, specifically, right along i59, between baltimore and wilmington, if that's a stretch of highway you're traveling here this morning, watch out for just couple couple of damp roads. might need to flick the windshield wipers, but overall, even at the shore, seeing damp weather start to retreat. so catch a break in the action here. the problem; we are eventually going to see another system start to move in as the day progresses, so it will trigger just spotty shower along the way, meantime the pollen levels, i mean, again, no huge deal here, still staying low, continue to see the potential for shower, thursday we catch break, but in the wake that far weakening area of low pressure, see the levels drop off once again. currently winds are very, very calm. so calm that the word
