let's get outside. give you better look, shall we? first, 95, not too far away, from lincoln financial field. actually approaching the girard point bridge, that broad street area. southbound traffic moving away from you here. if you are headed down to philadelphia international airport, there is cents no problems there. even when you do get there. even when you move beyond it, continuing into delaware county, really 95 looks great. if you are traveling on the roosevelt boulevard, taking a look here, approaching the area of the schuylkill, this would be southbound traffic. making its way down toward 76, northbound moving away. no major problems, around this area. if you are traveling, really, any area, our speed censors are still great. it does seem to be that we're starting to see just touch of that southbound 95 slow down through girard avenue because of the construction zone. but, for the most part, we're still in the green all over. now, as we head back over to the roosevelt boulevard for a second, we do have an accident northbound at fifth street. it the in the outer drive. also cents is involving a pole vehicle had gone into a pole there. so just be careful of that. also we have construction zone for you here, lombard street.

"eyewitness news" reporter steve patterson joins us now, at police headquarters, he also has exclusive video of what could be a fourth suspect. steve, good morning. >> yes, good morning, ukee, we do, you know, when you see the aftermath, of vandalism, it is often shocking, surprising, stunning, but when you actually see it, on camera, like a lot of the neighbors that are waking up and seeing this this morning are it is

that shooting. police are also investigating a deadly stabbing in university city that left a 57 year old man dead. officers responded to the scene on the 3200 block of summer street around 7:30 last night. that is where they found the victim with multiple stab wound. he was pronounced dead at the scene. investigators say, they have a 59 year old man in custody, and he's being questioned as police continue to search for a motive. >> a philadelphia fire lieutenant is freon $100,000 bail this morning, after being charged with two disturbing crimes. johnson accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman in logan. investigators say, johnson impersonate add police officer and told the victim she would be arrested unless she performed a sex act. investigators say, she complied and then managed to escape. johnson is assigned to ladder company 14, in north philadelphia. right now 6:08. and here we go again. gm issues yet another recall, what you need it know to stay safe on the road. >> also this morning, royal
