talking about big changes coming up as is we heard toward part two, in the form of temperature swings, will feel whole lot colder in the philadelphia area by sunday and monday despite the fact if you look out the window the sun will be shining all four days today right through monday. we've got some changes next week, your full forecast coming up in a few minutes, erika? >> now to the breaking news, montgomery county, truck driver rushed to the hospital after a police involved shooting. >> "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo at the scene right now in norristown with the very latest, jan, what happened? >> reporter: good morning, erika, ukee, now the details are still developing in this instant this morning. but a police source tells us that this was cents an officer involved shooting after a hit-and-run involving this tractor-trailer truck. now, police had been working very hard all morning, to clean up the scene, and clear everything out before the morning rush happens. you can see all of the evidence really gone right now. all that remains is towing away the tractor-trailer truck. what we know right now one person was air lift today hahnemann hospital as a result

of what happened here this morning, that person's condition is unknown at this time. if you take a close look at the video get better shot of the scene, there are three bullet holes on the drivers side of the truck. and surrounding the truck are couple of police cars, one, with its door open, and an evidence marker below on the grounds. this was the scene here at the intersection of markley and west main streets in norristown earlier this morning. police are still trying to piece together exactly what happened here. now the initial police call for this incident came in just around 11:00 last night. this tractor-trailer truck was reportedly involved in a hit-and-run accident hitting several parked cars. as the truck is coming down markley, approaching the intersection with main, source say there is a police involved shooting leaving three bullet holes on the drivers side of the truck. again, one person was air lifted to the hospital in unknown condition. no id on that person this morning. back out here live on scene, still work to go get you more information on this, when this investigation is only just beginning.

detailed report on the accident at 202 and main street. they have the camera sort of swinging back and forth, because it is a pretty big accident scene. but, as is jan was telling us, again, 202 at main street, tractor-trailer incident involving few parked cars, she was asking or she was telling us that you may need to find an alternate. we do have alternate for you, that would be to take dekalb street. she also mentioned this would be an ongoing investigation for quite some time. so just know through the morning rush depending how long this is out there that dekalb could also get pretty busy. factor that in this morning. continuing to i95, difficult to seep, but traveling on the northbound side of 95, approaching the philadelphia international airport, we have accident, majority on the shoulder, but may notice just some slowing in the area. that's just really folks just taking a look over their shoulder, trying to see what's going on, generally speaking not worried about any volume this morning. as we continue we move along to the wide. mike, if i ask you to help me out thank you so much.
