county. frein, of course is accused of opening fire outside of the blooming grove state police barracks back on september 12th, killing trooper brian dickson and seriously wounding trooper alex douglass. there are new details in the the hazing allegations at the central bucks west high school. school board plans to meet tonight for the first time since this scandal broke and we're getting a much better idea of exactly what allegedly went on among members have the football team. "eyewitness news" reporter steve paterson is live at the bucks county courthouse with more now, steve. >> reporter: chris, i finished speaking to the man in charge of finding out if any criminal activity took place in the hazing allegations of c.b. west on his desk as we were speaking was a report detailed from the internal investigation at c.b. west, he detailed that, with us as our cameras were rolling. >> i want to make sure that nothing that was criminal went on here. >> reporter: tuesday, bucks county district attorney david heckler detailing an internal investigation conduct by c.b.

afternoon. it is unclear what cause that had main to break. philadelphia police investigating a deadly shooting. this happened on the 2,000 block of 59th street in southwest philadelphia. police say a 47 year-old man died after he was shot in the head. so far no arrests. well, funeral services are held today for canadian solder who was shot and killed last week while standing guard at their national war memorial. people lined the streets, to pay tribute to corporal natal sir ill owe. among those, the canadian prime minister steven harper. sirillo was shot by michael zehaf bib bibeau, who opened fire. captive british journalist being used biasis as a war correspond event in this new video from isis, john, stands in front of the camera, in what he is says is syrian town of caban: he says isis fighters push deep in the town despite u.s. led air strikes.

"eyewitness news" reporter syma chowdhry is live at the spca with more now, syma. >> reporter: well, chris, 13 dogs are being treated here at the pennsylvania spca, after being rescued, from a life have of abuse. police and spca officials raided a home in south philadelphia, and found an alleged dog fighting on racial. this is the sound that came from this house, eight puppies and five dogs were rescued from the deplorable conditions on the 2200 block of mifflin street. neighbors alerted police monday night suspecting a dog fight in progress.

>> is there a bunch of dogs in there fighting. >> reporter: no one was home but pennsylvania spca officials say it is evident that the house was used as a dog fighting operation. dogs were found on short chains, tied to radiators or in small crates, covered in their own filth. >> it was deplorable in there, horrible smell, inside of the property. >> reporter: many had scarring consistent with dog fighting, within dog was missing an eye. investigating recovered treadmills, steroids, and other equipment used to train these animals to fight. >> they are running, training that is what these dogs go through. >> reporter: neighbors who called police did in the want to talk on camera but they have never seen anyone come in or out of the house but had seen this dog, tied outside for days without food or clean water. this picture was taken, just three days ago. >> it is cold and just crying. >> reporter: this woman did not want to show her face but she complained to the spca before but nothing had been done until tuesday morning. >> it business time. that dog was out there for

arraignment. friend of the boston marathon bombing suspect dzhokhar tsarnaev has been found guilty of lying to the fbi. philip pose was quick of two counts today. he lied about being in tsarnaev's dorm room while two other friend removed potential evidence just days after the bombing. phillipos faces 16 years in prison when sentenced in january. election day is just one week away and for voters in new jersey's first congressional district, that means electing their first new congressman in 24 years.
