"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo is at police headquarters right now where a $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to arrest. jan? >> reporter: ukee, a full investigation is now underway, into the kidnapping of this 22 year old woman. police say that they have received tips into her disappearance, but so far nothing has pants out. so now they are offering a reward. and as this search for her continues this morning, her

family is pleading for her safe return. >> just let my daughter go, whatever it takes, i don't care, just let her go. >> and bring her back safely, that's all, we just want her to come back safely. >> a desperate plea from the family of carlesha, a family left wondering where she is and why someone would take her. >> why her and who can do sufficient a thing? >> the 22 year old last seen just before 10:00 sunday night, here on the 100 block of west colter street in germantown. her kidnapping, every frightening moment of it, was caught on camera. her attacker, parks his car, gets out, and goes back to grab her. she fights the entire time. but eventually, is thrown into the back of the car. she did all she could to get away. police say she even kicked out both rear windows before the vehicle sped away. >> it was sickening, that's the only thing you can say. >> an eyewitness who didn't want to appear on camera, tells "eyewitness news", he was across the street when he

heard her screams for help. >> help me, help me, like get him off of me, but i couldn't really do too much. >> he called 911 saying her abductor had a large knife. police recovered her glasses and cell phone dropped in the road during the struggle, and they have this video, but they need more help. they're now offering a $10,000 reward. >> we are going to pray for her to get the will, the strength, and the courage to fight her way out. >> reporter: then you can see in that video she indeed is a fighter. now, police don't have too much of a suspect description. they say he is 5 feet 10 inches tall, between 25 and 30 years old, with a dark complexion, they say he could be in a 2,000 to 2002 danker gray metallic ford tourist. anyone with information is asked to call police. reporting live outside of police headquarters, jan carabeo, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". jan, thank you. later today, authorities are expected to release the identities of two people killed in a murder suicide

outside a local ymca. it happened in west brandywine township chester county just after 6:00 last night. police say a man shot and killed a woman in the parking lot and then turned the gun on himself. dozens of other children and parent ran for cover inside and that building was placed on lock-down. >> all families back in the corner away from all of the windows toward the door. >> very clear that the individual who did this, the male, had planned that what he was going to do. >> now, we do know the victim was a mother of two and had been working there at the y as a fitness instructor. investigators believe the attack was motivated by a domestic disturbance. right now, it is 5:03. we want to head out to the skydeck and check in with katie. you need the heavy coat today, katy? >> not as harsh even as yesterday, and yesterday wasn't as harsh as the weekends, so prague revly gotten more and more comfortable with every passing day. sort of the culmination of the nicest weather we will find, at least of the last few days, as we continue to see see high

corbett made a stop in west chester, pennsylvania, reminding voters why he deserves four more years in office. portraying his democratic challenger tom wolf as a candidate set on raising taxes on the middle class. >> it can be summed up in one word: taxes. >> but wore quick to fire back from this rally in lancaster, monday afternoon, attacking corbett on cuts to education, and lack of job creation, throughout the state. >> this is about education, it is about jobs, it is about fairness. >> the candidate wrapped up their campaign, having started on one side of the state, and ended on another. hundreds of miles traveled. no time to waste. while recent polls show him trailing, the gap has narrowed, left to voters to decide. governor corbett will be awaiting the election result here in pittsburgh. meantime, tom wolf does remain ahead in the polls, but both candidate say polls don't vote. people do. that's why voter turn out will be key. in pit burying, natasha brown,

new this morning a family tragedy in oregon. mother accused of throwing her six year old son off a bridge outside portland. police say the boy's mother called 911 saying she threw the boy more than 100 feet off the bridge. divers found his body a few hours later. >> a truck driver from our area is killed after a tape measure falls 50 stories from a construction site in jersey city. police say that tape measure dropped from a worker's belt, bounced off piece of equipment near the grounds, and then struck 58 year old gary anderson of somerdale, camden county in the head. investigators say, he was not wearing a heart hat. -- hard hat. >> he would have been hurt maybe in the hospital, but it would have probably saved a life. >> it is very scary. i have no idea that something

so small could do so much damage. >> neither the construction company nor the trucking firm would comment on the bizarre tragedy. osha is investigating. >> right now, 5:13. we want our traffic and weather together. an it is reelection day katie, how are we looking? >> certainly s looks like very quiet weather forecast for us, so the headlines really fall to the next few days when it comes to the weather department here. tracking storm system, duo of front that will affect our forecast down the road here. meantime, you know, i think one big thing that so many of us have noticed, just how earl that i sun has been going down. tonight, the sunsets at 4:55. as of november 14th, it sets at 4:45. and then we drop another ten minutes off of that for the sunset by december 5th. that will be the window of december 5th through 11th that we keep, 43 as our sunset time. whew. man, that means, losing about two and a half minute of daylight every single day. meanwhile at least we can
