is a hot of carlesha and her family leaving that hospital in maryland, she was in good condition last night and since released. you can see them all leaving and heading back to philadelphia the man police say is spotsible for kidnapping the 22 year old is lock up this morning. this is 37 year-old delven barns, police say he was in that car, that they had been looking for, all, all since sunday night, they say he was found in jessup, maryland when he was about to pull away that is when the fbi stepped in. he is facing a number of charges and he is wanted on a number of charges a as well, take a listen. >> he is currently held on a warrant, based out of the charles city county virginia sheriff's office for attempted capital in murder, a assault, malicious injury with acid, explosives or fire. this was from a previous case he has being investigated for.
