developing right now, baggage hand letters at philadelphia international airport plan to walk off the job in less than three hours. >> they are unhappy over wages and working conditions. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao has more on how this will affect travel tears day, good morning. >> reporter: good morning. that is right, happening today around 7:00 o'clock this morning more than baggage handlers, here at philadelphia international airport could go on strike, as you mentioned, they are concerned about better health benefits as well as wage increases. in the meantime, many passengers here are worried about possible delays because of this strike. lets take a look at the video. you can see the follow thanks may go on strike are men and with men responsible forgetting your check bags scanned and tsa you see them loading them on and off conveyor belts and carousal. there are 125 employees at phl and they actually are employed by prime flight which contracts with individual

snow has been founding western new york. that first round buried the buffalo areas with 6 feet of snow. forecasters expect another two before this is all said and done. at least seven deaths are blamed on this autumn arctic blast. weekend warm up is on the way but with 60-degree temperatures and heavy rain expect all that snow expect can turn if to another problem for that area and it could mean flooding now. it seems as if the problems aren't coming to a close for this area we are continuing to stay nice and clear, chill obviously has been the big story for us but under a generally clear skies, the temperatures believe it or not not as harsh this morning. in center city, over our center city sky line here you can see everything. no worries in terms of visibility. when we take you back in time we will show you where we stood yesterday if we can. we really were off to a cold start. we did tie early morning record low out there but yesterday's high was also, an interesting statistic in that it was the coldest high

temperature, for november 19th that we have ever seen, since records began. so just cold all the way around is how it ended up here. we will look at storm scan three next and what you are finding here in terms of the what looks like snowfall over our area is not verifying as snow on the ground. if you saw you a snow flake fair enough but that is not going to be anything that has a chance of sticking or accumulating. it is something that just shows up sometimes on radar but not actually verifying at the ground. it feels like the the 20's, or low 30's at the moment in, mount pocono, feeling more like ten. that is less harsh. we were reading in to these values on the actual thermometer but as we go forward in time here it is still below average. we should still be at 55, 54 degrees right here on this particular day of the year. we are not breaking out of the 40's in any given location. that tells the story. it is less harsh but it is still cold. vittoria, over to you. good morning, everyone. traveling on any majors right now it is a breeze, nothing to

tallahassee police say three people were shot at the library. one person was critically wounded and another is hospitalized in stable condition. there is in word on the third rick tim's condition. take a look at this picture tweeted by kelce hanson, you can see a police officer with his weapon drawn walking through the stacks in the library. police say gunman was killed when he open fire on campus officers. new you this morning a crash in germantown injuries a philadelphia police officers and two others. it happened at haines street and chew avenue. police say a suv hit a car and then that car hit a police cruiser. all three are in stable condition and police say they will all be okay. we are hearing from a good samaritan who help rescue six people, including a five-year old boy from this partially submerge suv in new castle county delaware. police say driver lost control on the exit ramp from route one, and landed in a retention pond near christiana mall yesterday afternoon.

skies, but we do have that lake effect machine in full affect. that is because we are tracking yet another cold front. this one is very weak in terms of any kind of moisture that is why anything on radar will not fall to the ground. but it it does reenforce the chill for us. currently, hey, better than yesterday. 36 degrees at the airport. we're in the 20's through allentown area, mount pocono. basically still cold enough to require heavy coat but not as harsh. 23 degrees in quakertown. you get the eye tea. we were in the teens this same time yesterday. it is still sunny out there today but not as harsh, high hit 43. there will be a breeze that is kicking right back in for you and it is again with the temperatures rebounding not as bad. we will drop down to 25 with the reenforcement taking grip and by tomorrow we are in the 30's once again. then we will rebound. look at monday, that is something to look forward to, right. we will see rain moving in sunday night leaving behind showers monday but 68 degrees,
