be answered tonight, we know victims were found this morning inside of the home on holy park drive-in tabernacle, "eyewitness news", new jersey reporter cleve bryan has been following this story throughout the day and he joins us live with the latest, cleve? >> reporter: chris, numerous investigators still on the scene here but state police are not yet ready to release victim's names. they have not been able to net file all of the family. one of the victims the mother in this case they say her injuries do pose a critical clue into what happened but they a they are far from being able to classify this as a murder/suicide. >> when they got there they found a horrific scene. >> shortly after 9:00 a.m. state police responded to holy park drive for a call of four gunshot victims. inside a single room they found two children dead, their brother and mother barely a hanging on to life. these are the radio transmissions from first responders. >> 4300 reported to be, four

victims, just discovered, this morning. number one stage. >> we will need two stretches right away at the front door. >> reporter: women and child were flown to cooper university hospital in extremely critical condition. >> all i can say to the adult women's wound at this point is she sustained a gun shot wound to the head. >> reporter: they are treating this as a homicide but they are not searching for any suspects and they have not ruled out a murder/suicide. >> we believe all four shooting victims including the adult female and the children were shot with the same weapon, which is a handgun, which has been recovered from the scene. >> reporter: police say nine relatives lived in the house including children who were not shot. an adult called 911 but no one heard the hots and police don't know exactly when the incident occurred. they describe the the scene as being so gruesome there were responding officers were sent to crisis counseling. >> our troopers are trained to expect the unexpect but however, you know, a crime

our brief break, was just that, brief. meteorologist kathy orr live on the cbs-3 sky deck with the first forecast, kathy. >> you said it very well, it was very brief, high temperature today 50 degrees, i hope you enjoy it because tomorrow we will step back in time to more wintry weather. we are talking about wind chills in the teens tonight. storm scan three skies are clear but we are seeing a front moving through that will bring a little bit of an arctic reprieve so to speak. we are looking at a temperature of 44 in philadelphia, 36 in reading, 36 in allentown and poconos, 27, north and west, state college 25, buffalo 23, very heavy snow still falling there. this evening temperatures will be falling through 30's and wind chills will only be in the 20's, by 11:00 p.m. we are looking at some brutally cold numbers come tomorrow morning, here are feels like readings. philadelphia will feel like 16, same in trenton and wilmington. it will feel like 11 in

allentown and reading. it will feel like six in the poconos. coming up we will talk about the bitter blast returning for one day, the warming but wet weather and then chasing 70 in the seven day, it is hard to believe, but we have numbers to prove it coming up later in the broadcast. >> kathy, thank you. new at 6:00 a 19 year-old and his family are rejoycing tonight, the cloud of suspicion has been lifted, 18 months after the young man was accused of terrorizing a blind woman, the charges against him have have been dropped. "eyewitness news" reporter walt hunter is live outside the d.a.'s office in center city with more tonight, walt. >> reporter: we for the hard for justice and that is what god has given to us day. word of the mother of tamayo, after charges were dropped by the district attorney's office here in a crime he never committed, a crime that put him behind bars for months. for 19 year-old tamayo

mcduffy, the legal nightmare is over. district attorney dropping charges that he inn raided the home of the legally blind woman a few doors from his house in may 2013. >> he is free. he is free. he beat it. he beat the case, yes. >> reporter: neighbors held benefits to raise bail money to get mcduffy released, always convinced he was innocent of allegations that he terrified the legally blind woman, turning on gas burners in her home, before being routed by her service dog. >> i knew all the time that tam ayo was innocent. i knew it. >> he sat in jail for up to seven months, completely innocent, of any crime. >> reporter: before mcduffy and his family exxon racial comes at a terrible cost. eighteen months under a cloud of suspicion, nearly a third of that time behind bars, his mother, financially devastated, by the cost of raising money for his bail,

for a pair of inmates who escaped from a berks county jail. it happened early this morning at the warnersville community correctional center. investigators tell thaws shawn longless and justin andrews pulled a fire alarm and ran in an unknown direction. anyone with any information on their whereabouts is urged to contact contact the pennsylvania state police. baggage handlers traded bags for picket signs at philadelphia international airport. but travelers and their bags were still cleared for take off. our justin fin ch explains what the workers are demanding. >> reporter: making $7.25 an hour is just not enough say many prime flight picketers. >> we have had two or three jobs just to support themselves and their families and that is not ferreter report alfred williams wants $10.88 an hour which mayor approved for airport workers back in the spring. months ago support for union among prime flight ranks began to grow. she said she even tried to raise that issue with her bosses and she lost her job.

were excited to see a bottom dollar food store opened up but now, those doors are closing by year end. >> i cannot believe that in five months this place is going to close down. >> all of the acquired bottom dollar food were acquired by aldi but they have not said whether they will set up a shop at this location leaving dozens without a job. chester was considered a food desert because it didn't have a grocery store for 12 years until a non-profit group opened up fair and square last year but bottom dollar was chester's first retail grocery store to open in years. >> building a building, having people come and now, six months later they are closed. it is sad. >> reporter: chester mayor john linder called aldi representatives last week and has not heard back yet. >> we can talk with them about some of the things that we expect obviously. >> reporter: if aldi does not convert space soon residents will to have find grocery shops outside the city. the marries willing to negotiate tax breaks and other perks to attract aldi or other
