carol? >> and we are looking for a warm up. but will not be coming today. in fact, today will probably be chillier, even than thanksgiving day. >> carol, with all of this "black friday" shopping, and so on, so for the, we will be covering all of your routes and commutes around every mall. as of now the roads pretty free and clear there is shot, not too far away from the vine st. expressway. mass transit airport looking good. again, when the sun comes up, that holiday shopping rush will come in. ukee? >> vittoria, see you in a bit, thank you. 25 million americans started their holiday shopping on thanksgiving, and even more are expected to hit the malls today. >> some stores open all night long. good morning, jan. >> good morning, that king every prussia mall has been open since 6:00 last night. many stores remained open overnight. many more stores continue to

open throughout the morning. lords and taylor opened at 5:00. long line wait to go get n you can see, no, we don't have crowded hauls here, but we do have a good group of people. most of them, have been here overnight. because about 50 stores remained open all night long and group of girls up all night long, came pretty far distance, this group from maryland, you guys, i said why did you come this far? i know there are a loft malls in maryland could you have gone to. they said hey, king of prussia mall, like the mother ship of shopping. look at all of the bags. i know you are super excited to be here. what casino of deals did you find and can we look in your bags? >> we got stuff from pink that was $25. and -- >> can you show us any of the goodies? >> you have the pink stuff. >> yes. >> they have so much stuff, you guys, which one should i show? what did you get? >> from charlotte ruse, like $5. thought it was good. >> very good. >> i got this from american eagle and it was only 25

back to you, thanks so much. and let's show you these early birds gobble up deals in montgomery county. retailers, lured shop remembers door busters and discount of up to half off of merchandise. the mall has been open all night long, and will stay open until 10:00 tonight. >> and, yes, it was a similar scene in moorestown mall in burlington county, new jersey, shoppers raised up and down the aisles looking for that perfect holiday gift. and those eye-popping deals were plentifull. mall remains open through 10:00 tonight. just a heads up. >> toys "r" us stores in our area enter their 12th hour of being open for all of those holiday shoppers. well, the time now 5:03. it is time for traffic and weather together on the 3's. hi, carol. >> all of that shopping, i haven't bought a thing and i'm already exhausted and tired of t the malls, it is unbelievable, if you drive by these malls, it looks like it is high noon the day before christmas. it is just unbelievable how many people are out there. and they've got the weather to do it. >> we have real now weather problems at all. and they certainly don't have any weather problems, jack frost, big boulder, they can make snow, so cold up there. and they are doing. that will they are getting ready for this season, i've already seen people not this morning but previously skiing down that slope at jack frost big boulder. so, our temperatures are looking pretty nice. our sky conditions are looking, well, few flurries, everyone here in the studio has seen flurry or two. you can see them go by on storm scan3. i think for the most part they should be pretty much out of the picture, but you can still expect to see couple first thing this morning. twenty-five in the poconos, 24 allentown, 34 in philadelphia, 36 degrees, as you head down

into wildwood. and our temperatures today, probably getting no higher than that 39 degrees temperature, we will be finding sunshine today, they'll be slight breeze and more of a breeze if you are at the shore. but still, it should be dry, fairly comfortable for this time of the year. we'll check out the seven day coming up. right now, vittoria, and really busy roads. >> yes, you know, i would say around the shopping area busiest in the parking lot at this point. a lot of folks are making their way to do those "black friday" shopping deal hunt, if you will. but, as of right now, our majors are not awful at all. taking a look first at 476 right around the area of the mid-county toll plaza, no major problems in either direction. so, if you are traveling to and from the schuylkill, 95, mid-county, northeast extension, you have a lot of good news so far. the one thing i do want to point out, though it, may be slick in some areas with the light little dust that we had, you never want to underestimate that that cannot cause a problem. because it definitely could. so, just drop down your speeds little bit.

forty-two freeway, no major delays at all in new jersey, really all of the majors look great, not just the 42, 55, 295, acx, garden state parkway, so on, so for the. speed censors high up in the 50's, not only delaware, new jersey, but also pa. if you are traveling, however, around fern hill road, it is closed between turner lane and five-point road. this is ongoing until late december. because of construction, so your best alternate paoli pike, mass transit however looking great. ukee? >> thanks so much. eagles all alone in the eastern division after the birds beat the stuffing if you will out of the cowboys on thanksgiving. as eyewitness sports anchor leslie van arsdale shows you, the eagles certainly made big statement in big d. >> a big win in the big d. eagles easily handling the cowboys, taking first place in the ffc east, still a loft games before the playoffs. but this win could really play well for the bird heading down the home stretch of the season. the eagle run game looking better than it has all year.

guard along with local law enforcement secured this wal-mart store in ferguson late into the night. the store is expected to open later today as other retailers explored their options, following violent protests earlier in the week, when stores were looted and burned. resident remain hopeful the calm experienced on thanksgiving day will continue. >> let it grow from there, let it grow to something positive. show our young people, our younger generation, hey, we can move on. >> a day before the holiday, they marched through this store in st. louis chanting shut it down. protest verse taken to social media with the hashtag boycott "black friday", black out "black friday". >> certainly the looting, the burning down of our business, does not work. home your money. it works. >> many activist also urging people not to spend a dime at stores today in honor of michael brown, as damaged businesses in ferguson continue to pick up the pieces

today. all of these temperatures do feel a little bit cooler than this, however, because of a slight breeze. so it is feeling more like the two's in most of these locations this morning. >> might encounter snow flurry or two. see them in the area, see some clouds, and probably right through daybreak, not totally out of the question that you would find couple of little snow flurry out there. >> tomorrow lower 40's, then maybe that little piece of energy comes bias the warmer air comes in, and the cooler air lift away. maybe even on saturday, one, two spots, especially north of philadelphia, could be finding one or two of those light snow showers, even tomorrow. temperatures today, if you are doing any of the shopping, these are the numbers. they're all low. twenty-nine for the 5:00 a.m. temperature by the time 5:00 p.m. hit, 36 degrees, that's how it will feel outside. and we do have a little breeze out there, it will make it feel like it is in the 20's all day, even though it is 39 degreesment tonight night to bundle up into the 20's,

have fun. be careful. diana? >> time to check your philadelphia jobs market report. here's "eyewitness news" jobs expert steve greenberg. >> there is a lot to be thankful for. when it comes to the economy. there is a growing concensus about america's economic resurgence. more than 3% growth is widely expected next year. >> gives us plenty, gross domestic product has grown .7%, which should lead to more hiring. now, averaging more than 200,000 new jobs a month, nationwide. with better numbers expected ahead. even better news, about 58% of the new jobs created? year are paying more than the national average wage. businesses are hiring more white collar employees. construction is on the mend. healthcare is going strong. and technology and skilled trade are hiring and paying well. and another positive note: americans donated more than $330 billion to charity last
