honorary chief petty officer. navy officials say allegations are serious and they conflict with the navy's core values. the 77 year-old cosby has refused to address mounting allegations that he sexually abused several women but his lawyer has denied charges. tonight investigators are calling this house fire in montgomery county suspicious. the house belongs to a police detective, neighbors on common drive are helping the detective and his family who have now lost everything just before the holidays. "eyewitness news" reporter walt hunter is live at the scene of the fire with more now, walt. >> reporter: they are rallying behind detective ernie morris and his family, when family decorated their home, took off to disney world for a vacation they had had no idea earlier this morning, they received a call their home was in flames and destroyed. montgomery county district attorney says that this fire is suspicious and it may well have been deliberately set.

credits. construction worker is killed in chester county and authorities are trying to determine if the proper safety procedures were followed. lee boyar was hit by a car when he was laying cones in the east bound lanes of 422. at this time in charges have been filed against the driver. authorities have charge karl white with the murder of the father of the nba player in germantown. police say white shot wayne ellington, junior in the head during an argument in the 5200 block on marion street november 9th. ellington was found inside the car. he is father of l.a. lakers guard wayne ellington, junior. police searching for two people who cut a hole in the roof of the super market to pull off a robbery. take a look at this surveillance video from back on november 12th, we know that two suspects cut a hole in the roof of the snyder super market on snyder avenue in grays ferry. once they were inside they disconnect surveillance camera but another one was running. the suspect stole computers, cigarettes and money.

in delaware tonight police are investigating the theft of industrial heating and air conditioning condenser units, 12 of them were stolen from the top of the river plaza shopping center in new castle. this happened sometime between november 30th and december 2nd. police were called when the owner of the building realized there was in heat, anyone with any fur on that theft is canned to call police. >> no need to run from the cold it wasn't so bad outside. cbs-3 cameras on kelly drive where people were getting in that work out. meteorologist kathy orr live with the first look at the forecast, how is it now, kathy. >> it is cool but if you are like that yes you will not stay cold that licensing if you are exercising. temperatures will be falling in the 30's overnight but skies will be staying cloudy. there is a warm up in sight but what he paid a rise with some wet weather, take a look at temperatures around the delaware valley we are looking at numbers in the 30's to the north and west, even some 20's

hepatitis aids scare in hamilton township mercer county. health officials say a second person has a virus. second chance of life, even, "eyewitness news" reporter syma chowdhry has more on their road to recovery. >> these puppies are only four months old but they have not had an easy life. last in month a three were removed from a warehouse, filled with booby traps on the 1800 block of west sedgley avenue in north philadelphia. they were taken by animal control during an eviction order. >> poor little pup that is were in really bad shape and they were very urgent. and, they needed to rescue to step up or they would be euthanized. >> reporter: kim is found are of have new life animal rescue and brought them to the mount laurel animal hospital. >> it is sad that they have to live in those conditions. it is not their fault. >> reporter: puppies had an upper respiratory infection and severe, very contagious case of mange. >> they a had so many scabs that they were, tearing themselves apart. >> reporter: they were under weight, uncomfortable in their own skin and full of fear. >> this he were so frighten and didn't want to have any human contact.

37 degrees in williamstown, new jersey thank you peter and our weather watchers for those reports this evening. right now poconos 29 degrees. philadelphia, 41, millville, 47, 38 in wilmington. coal throughout the north and northwest, but to the south we have had some warmth. we will get in on a little piece of this, over the course of the weekend but we paid a price with rain. high pressure, pushes off, it will be mostly cloudy day, temperatures till chilly in the 40's but here comes warmth from the south and west. warm front brings rain, friday night and periods of heavy rain on at day and then that colder air returns on the back side of the front, by the time sunday rolls around. then monday all eyes on a developing area of low pressure a coastal low, european models indicate ago this high pressure, very likely move toward the east, pushing this low, or allowing the low to get close to the coast or moving out to sea and that with mean rain and wind for tuesday and accumulating snow, as part of the north and west of philadelphia of course
