you're finding a similar look along the coastline every where. 39 degrees there. notice wind, 26-mile an hour winds. we will go over to storm scan three and thinks where you'll see areas in green. this is coastal flood advisory, the pink beyond that is gale watch and warning that we have not just for this morning but also for tomorrow morning as well. so atlantic, burlington, cape may, sussex counties, we've got a lot of, a lot of weather coming and in fact a lot of that weather will be moving inland as well. so our weather conditions, at this point are improving but it is only temporary. the clouds, are moving out from that rain storm yesterday, but it will be finding them filling in from the south starting later on tomorrow. our temperatures, right now are chilly, they are down in the 30's. thirty-six in philadelphia, 33 in allentown. thirty-one in reading. it feels colder because we have winds, wind gusts of 28 miles an hour right now in philadelphia, and 35 miles an hour wind gusts, up in the poconos, which makes it feel

like ten in the poconos and 26 degrees in philadelphia a cold day with these temperatures in the middle 40's. we will look for sunshine basically most of the day to daze and part of the day tomorrow but then we will start to watch this coastal storm coming up here, and that is going to becoming up, late on monday, and then impacting us on tuesday, and possibly even wednesday as well. it moves that slowly. we will detail all of it, coming up, nicole. >> okay, carol, thank you. day 11 and still no sign of missing west chester university student shane montgomery. volunteers will continue to look for the 21 year-old today. "eyewitness news" reporter syma chowdhry is live, where a special services will be held it in, syma, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, nicole. a prayer service will be held here at saint john the baptist, church in manayunk, for shane this is as family members plead for the public's help, hoping that someone knows shane's whereabouts. >> i think it will just take

one very courageous person to tell somebody what happened to shane. >> reporter: shane montgomery's mother is reaching out to the community, in hopes of finding her 21 year-old son, montgomery went missing more than a week ago, he was last seen leaving a bar in manayunk, since then, crews have been searching the area in including the canal and hopes of finding the west chester university student. a reward has now increased to $50,000. >> if money is an incentive for somebody to help, then i would go to the ends of the earth. >> reporter: a web site called help find shane montgomery.com has been set up, and people can down load flyers to post in their neighborhood. friends, family, total strangers have been posting flyers like this with the green bow next to it as a symbol of hope. >> green is shane's favorite color, and it is a sign of hope for me and my familiarly. >> reporter: volunteers will

be passing out flyers, at the eagles game today, again, a prayer services will be held here at saint john the baptist church. we are live from manayunk, syma chowdhry for cbs-3 eyewitness news. meanwhile investigators are searching for the gun man left a man dead on a north philadelphia street. officers found the victim with multiple gunshot and stab wounds while responding to a call for shots fired. the event happened around 8:30 on the 2400 block of north siden ham street and no arrests have been made. a pedestrian was killed after he was struck by two vehicles in a hit and run crash in montgomery county. search is on for those drivers. this all happened near rambo and fourth street in bridgeport on friday night. the male victim was first struck by a ford explorer. police say that the driver stopped for a moment and then fled that scene. the victim was then struck by a dark green cadillac or lincoln suv. police say that the driver of that vehicle kept going as well. well, we are learning more

tea tails about a failed rescue attempt that ended in the death of two hostages in yemen including an american. cbs news correspondent danielle nottingham reports this was second attempt in just a matter of days. u.s. official as a al qaeda militant in yemen killed photo journalist luke somers early saturday during a u.s. raid led to rescue him. >> this is a despicable crime. >> reporter: u.s. official says the operation in southern yemen lasted about 30 minutes and during the mission special forces lost the element of surprise. this video posted on a jihadi reports to show the fire fight that broke out once navy seals were spotted. during the fight seals saw a militant running in the building where somers and a south african teacher, pierre corky, were being held. when they entered they found both had been shot. >> it was a very dangerous, very complicated mission, but

like always in these efforts there is risk. >> reporter: president obama authorized the rescue mission on friday believing somers life was in imminent danger. thursday, al qaeda in the arab an peninsula posted a video threatening to kill the american. the the three three-year old was kidnaped in september 2013. this was the second attempt to rescue somers. in late november, navy seals raided a cave-in yemen but he was not there. president obama a strongly condemned the killing, saying that these who seek to harm u.s. citizens will feel the long arm of american justice. danielle nottingham for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". a u.s. airways flight from tel aviv to philadelphia is diverted to rome after some flight attendants and passengers started to feel sick. airline officials say an unusual odor was reported so the plane made an unscheduled landing. three flight attendants and two passengers were check out

time 7:30 until about 9:00 or so in the morning and later on the back bay. but you can see what is happening and this is increasing over next couple days with that coastal storm that comes here, starting late on monday but sending out a few little calling cards right now. we have temperatures that are cold this morning, but it is in the all that bad out there because at least it is bright this morning. thirty-six in philadelphia. thirty-five trenton. thirty-five in wilmington. twenty-five up in the poconos. 37 degrees down in wildwood at this point. storm scan three, a few clouds still remaining but they are on their way out all of this is cleared and all of that is going to becoming in here on the heels of that very strong wind. today fairly quiet except for the wind and then tomorrow the clouds increase and this is what we're watching for. this is late on monday, early on tuesday, and through the day on tuesday, low pressure system. this is a nor'easter coming up the coast and slowly, unfortunately up the coast because of this high pressure

system blocking how fast it can move. with it slow progress, we will be finding some heavy rain, some wind, as well. this is also on tuesday. tidal flooding is very likely and snow to the interior northeast and it is even possible that you can see rain or snow shower around here as well. rain shower, yeah we will be seeing that. future weather, i want to take sometime on this to get an idea at this point with the what the computer models are saying about that. at 11:00 tomorrow morning you'll see the clouds. by the time wee 11:00 tomorrow night we will see clouds and starting to see precipitation coming in according to the timing right now. subject to change. noted the yellows at 5:00 in the morning on tuesday. heavy rain starts to come in the a area and we will continue that. this is 8:00 o'clock tuesday morning. this is at noon on tuesday. that heavy rain. this compute are model want to pull out and maybe by tuesday night, we will start to wrap in with other precipitation,

well, phoenixville's annual firebird festival suffered a setback after someone set fire to the festival center piece just hours before the event was set to begin. chopper three over the 30-foot high wooden phoenix on friday. typically this birdies set on fire to some extent during the festival to sim about ice former steel town's renaissance through arts and culture. someone down ride burned it down. the phoenix, it happened at 3:30 saturday morning. new authorities say they have no suspects, but the festival, however did go on, as planned. right now an "eyewitness news" update foreyou, federal investigators announced a $10,000 reward for information leading to the person responsible for setting three delaware churches on fire. fire fighters in felt on, delaware kent county responded to three church fires back on december 2nd. the fires caused more than $80,000 in damage, fortunately in injuries were reported. the philadelphia parking
