together. we're talking about rain, wind and snow with this storm and as you see it beginning to develop off the coast of the mid-atlantic, we will be able to see it coming together real good-bye late tonight. as far as those watches and warnings, are concerned, lets start off with the immediate philadelphia area flood watch goes into effect tuesday for most of the the region. we're talking about one to 3 inches of rain. we will take it to the lehigh valley and berks county where we're talking about a winter weather advisory, sleet and freezing rain changing over to rain finally and winter storm warning for poconos for three to 6 inches of snow and also ice, associated with that part of the storm. so many things going on with this nor'easter. we will see down the shore some of the most harsh weather, coastal flooding at times of high tides and whipping winds associated with the nor'easter as well. the timing goes like this, overnight, heavy rain moving in, snow, in the lehigh valley and in the poconos and of course lehigh valley changing over to rain tomorrow morning. during the morning hours, heavy rain, and flooding,

the controversy. "eyewitness news" reporter noel mcclaren explains. >> reporter: her job toys provide guidance for kids at central bucks high school west, but the district is now, questioning her judgment after finding an inappropriate facebook post in her name. quote if my child cannot get to the eagles game due to protester i will personally shoot everyone of them. you have been warned idiots. superintendent david when the sell swiftly responded by suspending the counselor with pain. he wouldn't go on camera but sent "eyewitness news" this statement. i learned sunday afternoon of social media posting of a threatening violent message written under the name of marry kate blank evenberg a school guidance counselor at central high school west. we gee ban an investigation including verification of the source of the post, and we will take appropriate action once we learn all of the facts. students we spoke with are just frustrated as this hits just months after a hazing allegations against the the football team, canceled, football season.

demonstration. they laid on the ground, silent, and the students explained why though felt compelled to get involved. >> the fact that so many instant this is has happened, and so many other people are starting to recognize it is not an a nonely that it is happening on a regular basis and enough is enough and something has to be done. >> we learn about all these things in classes. it is a theory based process. we talk about it is something in the past and we learn from it but we have seen it is still happening. it is very press event thing. i think application of it being realize owe important. >> reporter: it is set to culminate the with the vigil at the bryn mawr college. hundreds of muslim say they want to build a mosque but township leaders won't allow it. just a few hours ago several families in that area filed a federal lawsuit, hoping that will have move the process a alone. "eyewitness news", reporter, has the story. >> lawsuit represents over 200 families. they currently worship inside this fire hall in bensalem.

one of the men who filed suit says he has been trying for years to build a new mosque at this site on hulmeville road but his zoning petitions keep getting denied. doctor chowdhry insist that the money would come from private donations. he and other families are not asking for any financial help, just permission to build at the hulmeville road site. the the families are working with the counsel on american islamic relations better known as care. "eyewitness news" spoke with chowdhry who worships with his family at the the firehouse and says he will take his legal fight as far as he needs to. >> a religion plays a very important part of our lives and our family's life and that is not just my case but case for 200 families in that area. and we need a place to be able to practice mass and pray, just like everybody else. >> reporter: we reached out to officialness bensalem to ask about this lawsuit. it is 41 pages long. they have declined to talk to us. they have not seen the suit yet so, it would be inappropriate to comment. the live from the cbs-3 sat

poconos. that is where we are expecting snow and unfortunately warm air will mix in and give us ice there as well. let's go down the shore to another high impact area abandoned on the boardwalk in ocean city cape may county. we are expecting areas of flooding at times of high tides, some rough surf, some beach erosion, you can see our camera shaking a bit because wind will be gusting to 45, maybe 50 miles an hour down the shore. on storm scan three our storm is getting it act together, developing right now off the coast of the mid-atlantic but by late tonight and early tomorrow morning it will be in full form. moving up the eastern seaboard. cold enough for snow in the poconos. 23 degrees. same in allentown. fill 32. beach warmed to 36 in wildwood. temperatures warming overnight as this storm begins to drive towards the north. tomorrow morning 7:00 a.m. during the morning rush, the brunt of the storm for philadelphia and its suburbs with heavy rain and wind. by the a afternoon it pullness to new york and new england a storm for them and we will see

light precipitation for evening commute but a lot of the wind. look at how slow this thing is moving 7:00 o'clock wednesday morning on the back side still little bit of moisture perhaps a rain or wet snow shower and by late wednesday it is only moving in northern new england but we will be seeing winds slowly relax and improving conditions. as far as snow is concerned poconos three to 6 inches, one to three heading in to carbon monroe and then lehigh rally and berks county a mix to rain but it will be an icy situation early touring the morning. that winter weather advisory in the lehigh valley for mix to rain. philadelphia suburbs north and west, flood watch, same to the south and east with gusts to 35 miles an hour and down the shore once again a coastal flood warning in effect for wind gusting to 45 miles an hour and concerned for flooding. those shore impact are heavy rain, gusty persistent winds will be significant. here we go again with an early nor'easter. now it will be seeing temperatures rising overnight

with temperatures, around 35, and then by morning hours by 43 degrees, temperatures not moving much, wind gusting to 35 miles an hour during the day. it will be that wind driven rain especially in the morning. the wind will persist though long after the rain is gone. on the exclusive eyewitness weather seven day forecast look for mix of rain and little bit of wet snow through lehigh valley and that will change for rain and in philadelphia a, wednesday a rain or wet snow shower but not a lot but a nuisance. 40 degrees. thursday it is cold but dry improving conditions for friday with a high of 43, saturday 45, and sunday 48 and then by next monday this will be a distance memory. >> look at that sun on monday. >> sunny, it will be 50's and we will say what nor'easter but typically this time of the year we will see rain and wind and winter we will see those nor'easter and in the spring we will see nor'easter.
