5:05 am
does rotate in will very likely in most spots produce nothing more than a few rain drops out there. as we go forward in the forecast here today here's how we stand around the the region as a whole. these icons make it look worse then it will be. we will getaway without an umbrella for sure today, low to mid 40's expect in philadelphia and down the shore, colder in the mountains and that is why we're expect to go see some snow showers, cumulate an inch or two or maybe three, vittoria, moving forward so that could slow some folks down that way. >> absolutely even the slight slickness we are dealing were on the majors right now could potentially slow you down, but since we're in the dealing with any major volume, it is still will a great ride. let's see how we're doing so far. traveling on the vine street expressway you'll notice again the lights on the roads, reflecting up some of that sheen on to the roadway. that could really cause some serious problems for folks though so do not take it, lightly. because it can definitely cause major accidents and we saw a lot of them yesterday, so just keep that in mind. as i mentioned volleys not a

problem, vine sleet expressway is not opened. it is not only down towards i-95 heading eastbound but westbound heading towards the schuykill expressway. speaking of the cue kill expressway here at 76 not too far from south street it is difficult to see because it is so dark but as you pick up headlights as well, brake lights we'll notice that we are not dealing with major problem or delay at all, that is basically the theme right now, 55 is your average on i-95. fifty-five and 476. no delays on the turnpike, northeast extension. however we had an earlier mud slide yesterday that closed ballagomingo road at front street so take route 320, still closed, mass transit, in delays, ukee. vittoria, thank you. breaking news, south african judge rules prosecutors can appeal oscar pistorius culpable homicide conviction but not his five-year sentence. former olympic sprinter was convicted in october for shooting death of his girlfriend reeva steenkamp. prosecutors argued he should have been convicted of murder.

5:14 am
of the tidal flooding but i don't think you have to worry at all about additional flooding issues but just nuisance lingering variety of showers that will be moving our way here as the the day progresses and even into tomorrow if you can believe it. storm scan three shows why, we will just see round, the bands have of rain or snow showers sort of rounding about, on the back edge of the storm system. so because it is all coming in from north to south it draws in some of that colder air and we will expect that we will see a few snow flakes as the day goes on. generally in the last few hours what we did have, has since fizzled but we will see additional run of this future weather shows it well. lets go ahead there next and see how model is expecting this to go down. brunt of the storm absolutely far off to the north and ease but on the back edge we will get clip. i would suspect most of delaware and southern new jersey don't see much of anything next few days but by this afternoon there you have it a few rain or snow showers. tomorrow morning a few additional snow showers. maybe mixing with a few rain
