first at time. at this point, we are searching for mr. stone. we are looking at some known locations, and i know that members of the media are at different locations right now and aware of those searches and we're also reaching out to the public to see if anyone has sighted him. as we stand here right now we do not know where he is. we do not have vehicle information, we actually recovered his vehicle a and his personal cell even if so we do not have information about how he might be traveling. in a release earlier today we indicated that he does have occasion use a cain or a walker. he may or may not be using those devices. it has been indicated to us they may not have been necessary. so it is possible if he is not in any of the locations where we're searching for him, indoors, and if he has escaped, he might be seen using a device or not. that is all we have for you right now. i'm not going to take any

questions right new because we do need to get back inside but i wanted to give you as much information as we can. thank you all very much. >> and that is montgomery county district attorney reza vet ri furhman giving us an update on that shooting spree in montgomery county and saying they are still searching for that suspect, right now, they do not nose where he is. >> among dead, the three three-year old ex-wife of the alleged shooter that wife's sister and her family. >> that is right. we will continue to update you you, as these details become available. this is clearly still a developing situation tonight. police say these killings began this morning at a home in lower salford and officers found that ex-wife, body. from there police responded to three other locations, crimes scene in souderton, lansdale and search in pennsburg. >> we have live team three coverage. lets begin with "eyewitness news" reporter charlotte huffman.

>> reporter: shooting spree started just before 4:00 o'clock at an apartment at the pheasant run complex, in lower salford where police found two exterior bullet holes and one dead, inside. neighbors say that stone's ex-wife, lives inside of the apartment. >> it really is devastating. young girl. >> reporter: , residents told cbs-3's steve paterson that the couple had an ongoing custody dispute. >> i heard four gunshots and i heard the kid screaming, mommy, we want mom, mom. i opened my window and asked him if everything was okay. he just looked at me and said she's hurt, hurt pretty bad, we have got to go. >> the kids were kicking and screaming. he was tracking the oldest and pulling the youngest by her hand, threw them in the car and took off. >> reporter: half an hour later police received a call of the second shooting at this home on the 100 block of west fifth street in lansdale, inside, two people were found dead. then around 8:00 police fund more victims at a home near

garfield and franklin streets in souderton. it is not yet clear exactly how many people were killed there but we do know a a teenage boy was flown to the hospital. >> lets take another look at, stone, this suspect gunman who we just heard from the montgomery county d.a. is still at large and still considered arranged and dangerous. thirty-five year-old marine vet was a sergeant when discharged in 2008. during his six year of service he received four different awards. the we are live from lower salford i'm charlotte huffman for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". all right, charlotte, thanks very much. our live team coverage continues with "eyewitness news" reporter steve paterson live from pennsburg tonight, steve, is what happening there. >> reporter: jessica, as we have heard all night long they believe he is armed, he is dangerous, and as posturing we have been seeing all day and now all night long they believe he is here. take a look at the activity. this is new police have swat

team vehicles that are now close to a crowd that have been gathered, they have been watching this all night long. as we push back to the home you can see that spot light focused that is home they are centered on less than about a quarter mile away and swat team has that home surrounded, video from earlier today, the swat team using their arsenal, using a number of tactics, they are trying to draw out and make contact with 35 year-old bradley stone, in fact, home they are focused on as a marine core flag on the front porch. well, for about nine hours now we have seen them use flash bangs, gas and we have seen them pleading with stone over a loud speaker but to no avail. so we spoke with the neighbor who was forced to evacuate this morning and he says he knows stones and is a member of the community. >> i never expected this to happen, you know, they got, i saw two snippers on the roof, swat guys running around, yelling, if you get too close, they are yelling to get back.

he seemed like a normal average guy just to say hello in passing, say hello, friendly, but you know, nothing lake this i would expect. >> reporter: another live look at the home where they have a spotlight on that second floor window. we can sianni you cannot see at this point, we can see swat team gathered around that first floor. they have been going in and out of the first floor door, all day long, they have even deployed a few mobile cameras and robots to go in ande if they can make any visual contact we have in the heard if they had made contact at this point, as soon as we hear or see anything we will be back right here live, for now we are live, we will send it back to you. >> steve, thank you. our coverage continues now "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch live at souderton shooting scene with the very latest from there, justin. >> reporter: jessica, we just heard a short time ago there were four victims inside this home in souderton, this apparently is the home of the sister of the estrange wife of bradley stone. we know in this family of four

a mother, father, sister, brother it appears only the teenage sonnies clinging to life at this hour. throughout the day police have been at this home going through that home, trying to find any evidence what happened today, meantime neighbors outside just can't make sense of what they have seen. for hours police and swat crews set their sites on the stone row home in the 100 block of pen avenue. >> i saw all officers going in the house, looking in the house. >> reporter: swat team search for mass shooter but neighbors say not what they found inside. >> they went in, they did the splash thing and they brought somebody out. they said it was a teenager. >> reporter: neighbors say teen siblings living in the home, blotter and sister. a medical helicopter arrived at noon to rush one of them to the hospital. >> they are my family. the boy and the girl. >> reporter: and in just the past few moments we have even the montgomery county d.a. detectives come to the scene and begin their investigation. at this time it a appears

chester county. >> you had a superintendent and a athletic director, who were running the school district like it was their own personal kingdom. >> reporter: mr. donotto you are accused of ripping off one of the poorest school district in chester county and putting money in own pockets what do you say to the students were you supposed to be teaching? >> reporter: donon the other took a $5,000 cash pay off to pay gambling debts, money intended for district as rent for an athletic event. >> this investigation was a battle for the heart and soul of the coatsville area cool district. >> reporter: grand jury, found cuomo used school district fund creating a slush fund, to purchase $33,000 worth of gold championship football rings. this despite the fact that the team didn't win the state title. >> these rings which should have been a symbol of triumph for the school district are now an ongoing symbol of

don tollefson stuns the courtroom when announced on his sentencing day that he wants to change his plea syma chowdhry says that was just

one of the surprises. >> withdraw my plea and going to trial, was the most appropriate onlyes things to do. >> reporter: sports can toss don tollefson was supposed to walk into court and face his punishment, but instead he dropped a bomb shell. he requested that the judge to withdraw his guilty plea and can to represent himself. tollefson claims he a has been given new information to have prove his innocence. >> i found out things very germane to this case that i did not know about when i originally pled guilty. >> reporter: back in september, tollefson pled guilty for cheating charities, of more than 300 you this dollars, prosecutors say he ordered to sell organizations, sports travel packages to big games and then failed to produce the merchandise, tollefson told his now former defense attorney about his decision to withdraw his plea only a few days ago. >> shocked, disappointed. >> i didn't think it was a

allentown 39. poconos 31. so temperatures pretty nice out there. quakertown cool at 34. doylestown 36. northeast philadelphia, it is 42 degrees. we are watching this big storm, out in the west, an area of low pressure cranking on the back side of it, minneapolis, omaha, wrapped city, seeing snow. on the ease side we are seeing warm air, this area of low pressure will rise, to the north and west of the region, we stay on the warm side of this, some showers, maybe a few downpours, late to have afternoon, otherwise, temperatures in the 50's. good news, with this there is a lag in the colder air, the front moved through, on wednesday, but temperatures in the 50's. it will take it until thursday, for colder air to move with this area of high pressure from the great lakes. forty's for thursday. here's hope for our first sunny day for month of december on thursday. here's the scenario for the rain, for tomorrow between noon and 2:00, rain will move in from west to east. temperatures near 50.

the eastbound side of street road, very serious accident, that was at one point, closing this entire roadway. also affecting the ramp to southbound i-95. they are a allowing some folks to continue to exit to the southbound side of i-95 but you'll find delays between hume villain 95 exit eastbound on street road traveling in that portion or that pennsylvania part of the bucks county. if you are traveling in montgomery county following up our breaking news story as they continue to look for suspect involved in the shooting spree we had these roads affected by police activity. route 663, 29, fourth street and pottstown avenue. be careful or avoid that area at all costs at least a at this time. 24 miles an hour on i-95, delays in an out of the northeast. twenty-four on the schuylkill expressway big time volume east and westbound going to and from king of prussia 27 is your average on the blue route. traveling on i-95 in delaware county no fun so 420 to 320, we are jam if that is where you are headed.
