of those victims is just a toddler, shot inside his home. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo joins us at children's hospital where the little boy is recovering. jan, good morning. >> reporter: erika, good morning, we're told that toddler, that three year old boy; here at chop this morning, recovering, we're told, at last check, he is in stable condition and will make a full recovery. now, this investigation is continuing, and so is the hunt for the shooter, if you take a look at the video, you can see the scene as it unfolded in broad daylight yesterday. >> this was monday morning, just before noon, on the 1300 block of south newkirk street, in the city's grays ferry section. police say gunman approached a man who was sitting on his porch. the two got into an argument, and at some point the unknown gunman opened fire, striking the man in the leg. well, that shooting may have been a case every mistaken identity, because police say the shooter then went next-door, and opened fire into that home. and that's when this three year old was shot in the leg. we're told the child's father may have been the intended

target. he refused to speak with "eyewitness news" yesterday. meantime we spoke with the adult victim's mother-in-law, now upset with what is indifference to the neighborhood gun violence. take a listen. >> the complacency of people not to call 911 after you heard six shots outside your door, where are the morals? >> i thought nothing of it because around here frequently you hear gunshots. so a lot of people usually just turn the other way. >> reporter: now that adult victim who was shot in the leg was able to drive himself to the hospital. he's also in stable condition, expected to be okay, and again, that three year old, that toddler, here at chop, also in stable condition, and expected to make a full recovery. reporting live from university city, jan carabeo, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> thank you, jan. former head master every elite private school in delaware faces to up 50 years in prison for child pornography. christopher wheeler was found guilty on all 25 counts.

he was the head master at tower hill school in wilmington, before police found more than 2,000 child pornography pictures on his computer. wheeler will be sentenced in march. and, haddon township police need your help finding this bank robbery suspect, mr. is say this man robbed bank on haddon avenue yesterday afternoon. he ran away from the bank after getting some cash. >> divers come up empty in their search for missing college student shane montgomery. dive teams searched the water around manayunk yesterday after finding montgomery's keys along the river bank over the weekend. montgomery disappeared early thanksgiving morning after a night out with friends. >> former sportscaster, don tollefson; looking for a lawyer to represent him against fraud charges. he is charged with clothing people out of more than $300,000 by failing to deliver on sport charity packages. last week, tollefson withdrew his guilty plea, saying he has

new information that proves his innocence. now he needs a lawyer to take his case pro bono, since his request for a public defender has been denied. >> i believe that i'm innocent. i believe as i said in open court this should have remained in civil court because i believe i did not have any criminal intent. >> tollefson is living under house arrest, and he plans to make restitution by selling sports and civil rights memorabilia. his trial is set to begin january 5th. >> 5:33, katie tracking wet weather on the way this morning. hi, katie. >> i certainly a.m., good morning, dealing with showers throughout the day today, some steadier rain by tomorrow in time for all of the last minute shopping plans, that you have, and perhaps travel plans that you have. but i have to say, we're dodge that proverbial bullet on this one in terms of the worse whatever this storm has up its sleeve. it is a very large system, but, it is really going to be coming through with rain and little bit every winds for our

area, and that will be it. storm scan3, meanwhile, showing some showers certainly, but we're going to see them come through again in scattered variety, by tomorrow some of the wet weather likely at its heaviest here. looking around at the area of visibility, our winds is light enough, specially further north and inland, that you are finding some lower visibility reads, watch it us a travel in through the valley regions, into the farmland areas here if you are traveling on say the pa turnpike west, and specially up to the poconos, currently at half mile visibility at mount pocono. taking a look at some of the live neighborhood network temperature readings, also mild start, normal high, in philadelphia, is about 43 degrees or so. so this is actually milder already than our normal high would be. but we're not going to evening out too much more on the thermometer reading here, at best, low 50's, going down toward the shore point, little more moderate, in even the mid 50's, but it is damp, it is dreary, we'll have some showers around here and there as the day goes on, no one part of the day can be a guaranteed dry part of the day. so i would suggest the wet weather gear, not the worse
