fake name and also illegally. he was is here for four to five months working a as a laborer nearby but sometime during that period police say's tack a woman at this bus stop at eighth and race, and then dragged her right over there by the broad ridge spur and raped her. now, four years later he is across the street at police headquarters in jail. back from mexico and with a new mug shot alberto isaac suarez, a mexican national, wanted for rape, now in the city of one of his alleged crimes. returned by the agencies that spent years trying to find him. >> we thought it was very fitting that a philadelphia police officer, a accompanied by an fbi agent, traveled to mexico city, put the handcuffs on alberto suarez, and brought him back to philadelphia. >> reporter: in april 2012, mexican police jailed him, acting on a fbi unlawful flight arrest warrant. from suarez own family police learned he fled philadelphia and then went to texas before

include rape, sex assault as well as a attempted murder. he is being held on a five million-dollar bail. we're here live from center city, justin finch for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". authorities are investigating the death of a man found in the water at the farly marina in at the plant i can city to day. passerby made that discovery near golden nugget around 1:00 o'clock this afternoon. so far the man has not been identified. a school bus accident in new castle county send a dozen people to the hospital, including a 11 children. delaware state police a that bus driver swerved after a white suv cut the the bus off in the parking lot of this middle school in newark causing the bus to hit a light pole. the students were taken to the hospital as a precaution. that accident remains under investigation. the discovery of the bullet forced a a south jersey high school into lock down as "eyewitness news" reporter syma chowdhry tells us that bullet was found near an trenton and it spark a big response from law enforcement.

gravity of what it is they are going through. >> reporter: atlantic city rescue mission works with jewish family services and atlantic city police department year round to help the homeless and this week they made an extra holiday effort. they handed out sandwiches donated by tony lukes and they tried to help people connect with the variety of wellness services. timothy riveria who beast came homeless, is receiving medical care for cancer. >> if i was in the here at the rescue mission where i got checkup and health look at, that i needed, i wouldn't know i had this issue. it got worse. the it could have been life threatening. >> reporter: not only are basic needs being met, but many cases they are reconnecting them with families especially those living out of town. in other words, helping them get home for the holiday. >> we contact the family member and try to get them back reunited with the family, with new jersey transit, they give us free bus passes. >> reporter: experts say people from all walks of life can become homeless and everyone deserves the gift have of food and fellowship

shoppers looking for last minute deals are getting an unexpect holiday bonus this year: falling gas prices. triple a says gas prices have now dropped for 89 days in a row, nast average, $2.38 a gallon, neilson research surveyed customers and found that more than a third, 36 percent, are using gas savings on holiday gifts. nearly a half.
