near ferguson, missouri sparking new protests. police say the officer was doing an a routine check when he noticed two men standing outside. one of those men we're told pulled a gun and pointed it at the officer and that is when he shot him. video shows that the people break nothing to stores there, and this all happening just 2 miles from ferguson where another police shooting sparked weeks of protest across the country. and developing right now, this crash, involving two philadelphia police cruisers land three officers in the hospital, now we're told it happened around 11:30 while officers were responding to reports of the shooting in north philadelphia. the two cruiser collided as they crossed intersection of 22nd and montgomery avenue. >> unfortunately sometimes when several police vehicles are responding to the same call as they get close to the location, sometimes, police vehicles do collide. >> one officer suffered a concussion, the the other two had minor injuries.

they are all expect to fully recover. with man is struck and killed in the northeast just two days before christmas. now search is on for person behind the wheel. "eyewitness news" reporter jane carabao joins us a at accident investigation division with the description of the vehicle police are looking for, good morning. >> reporter: erika, good morning. police are still on the look out this morning for a black tow truck that they say is involve in the hit and run that struck and killed a woman in holmesberg and left her for death and to make matters worse "eyewitness news" tell "eyewitness news" that that this driver didn't even slow down. this is a picture of evidence collected at the scene. this is a picture of that black tow truck, headlights, they say you should be looking for a black tow truck with the missing head line. this deadly hit and run happened around 5:15 on the 1800 block of state road in holmesberg. this three three-year old woman was crossing the the street but she was not the in the crosswalk when hit.

commuting in the westbound direction at the 76 eastbound off ramp you will notice that is an overturn tractor trail their does seem to me that they have closed eastbound ramp to the schuylkill expressway as emergency teams are trying to upright this vehicle. if you are traveling in this area and trying to get to the eastbound side of 76 the the best alternate that you could use would be the westbound side of the schuylkill, continue down towards girard and then flip around and access eastbound side of 76 in that area. so probably your best bet, but that is by far the the most serious situation that we're dealing with right now because every where else we are moving well. if you are doing holiday traveling at the airport good idea to call ahead just minor delays there, nicole. >> vittoria, thank you. soul survivor of bradley stone's murder us rampage has been released from the hospital. seventeen year-old anthony flick sustain cutting wound during the december 15th attack that left six other relatives dead. authorities say stone killed his ex-wife nicole and five members of her family at three

where the accident occurred. you will notice lights are picking up some very damp roadways and that is definitely the cause of this incident. i can only presume. if you are traveling, using 76, trying to get eastbound 76 your best bet, stay on the westbound side of the vine, enter westbound side of 76 and then flip around at the girard avenue. as of right now notice these emergency teams are in the only taking out a few lanes, right lanes, on the westbound side of the vine but they are blocking ramp as well. any within planning to head to the philadelphia international airport if you are using vine street expressway, again, continue west, on 76, and then flip around at girard avenue. if you are traveling the philadelphia international airport they are not calling for any major delays as of right now, but, it is always a good idea to call ahead. don't forget on the road you can always get updated information about traffic backups with the new your drive app, definitely comes in handy for traveling around the

"eyewitness news" at 22nd and montgomery, authorities say that the officers were responding to a report of shooting late last night when the two cruisers slammed into each other. one officer suffered a concussion but all three are expected to recover. also new this morning police are reviewing videos in hopes of identifying three men who pistol whipped, the shot and robbed a man in fernrock. the it happen just after 1:00 in the courtyard of the apartments at olney and ogontz. unidentified 44 year-old man was shot once in the abdomen and is in stable condition. suspects got
