around the delaware valley for santa claus. >> i know. towed put on his big santa poncho, katie. still raining out there? >> it is in fact still raining out there. i'm sure he's already finished his work out, there but we're not completely done with the storm just yet. we just showed you on storm scan, still affecting a few other people as well in a few other neighborhoods. so let's start things offer by taking you outside here. we start it off from a view from our cambell's field camera across the delaware river. appears there is still a few left over raindrops here on the camera lens, but hey, at least we could actually see across the river, yesterday, the day before, the fog was sock us in. and creating some very poor visibility. but that was as we were stuck with more moisture, more warmth, and even though it is still warm outside, starting to seat wind kick in. and that's the factor that you really need in terms of weather ingredients, to help scour cloud cover away. we still have clouds, but higher in the atmosphere, rain out there looking at storm scan3, more localized here, we continue to find some steadier rounds of rain rolling through portions every new castle

county, across the bay into salem, cumberland counties, cape may, atlantic counties, not where in the clear just yet, most every just fact still have rain falling at this hour. put things into motion, but that said, i would say, by the time we are going off the air on our sister station the "cw philly" after the morning news, about 9:00 a.m., we are all in the clear and starting to see skies clear. 55 degrees, 55 degrees, your current temperature right now at the airport, slightly cooler going even into the poconos. but you can see, a very sharp contrast setting up here, where the front has already cleared into columbus, atlanta, temperatures have gun to take a hit here, and we'll finally start to see the same thing happen once the front actually clears. current winds speeds, sustained winds speeds, from ten to almost 20 miles per hour, or more than that, up in the poconos, so it will be a blustery day and noticeably windy day, across the board. across the board, however, once this rain gets out of here, i promise you that skies will start clearing here. the temperatures that we're looking at, those are generally representing 9:00 a.m. temperatures, and the temperatures will as a

radar, whether it is snow up across the can add yan border, great lakes region, or retreat now thankfully of severe weather potential that sort of just funnels through the deep south here. we, i have to say, even though this is a prolonged storm, we're delta very glancing blow this storm, it ended up being just light to moderate rain for the better part of the day obviously yesterday, and still out there now, and the winds is going to kick up for us, but that was really it. we've certainly seen far worse in terms of large storms like this around this time of year. this was much more of a spring-like storm actually, but as the rain starts to pull away, i would say about 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., when we see the last drain drops fall, winds kicks in, see the temperatures gradually decline. still off to real mild start, won't stay that way, every passing hour, cooler air will start to funnel in. and knock these temperatures back, not going to be big drop on the thermometer initially, rather, pretty gradual, but again notice the breeze. friday, looks lovely, still up to 50 degrees, still above average, with high pressure in
